I chuckle, Pierre is one of the weirdest guys I know, but it is what I like about him.
"There is my sis." I look up to see Victoria.
"Vic!" I exclaim and engulf her in a bone-crushing hug. "What are you doing here?! Mom!" I also give mom a hug.
"Well, if you haven't forgotten, Max is also my brother." Victoria jokes. I roll my eyes and make place for them sit next to me.
"So, we need all the details. A little bird told me you are going on a date Monday." I take a bite of my croissant so I can't talk. "You won't get away with it that easily." Victoria says and takes a bite of my croissant.
"Sure, why don't you finish it?" I sarcastically says, but she sees it as a sign to take another bite. "Why didn't you teach her what sarcasm is mom? Why doesn't she know it while she has Max and I as siblings?!" Victoria laughs.
"Date?" I sigh, I am really not getting away with it...
"Pierre asked me on a date." Victoria starts to squeal.
"Oh my goodness!" She exclaims. "He really did?!" I nod. "You said yes right?!" Again I nod.
"I am going to get something to drink, mom?"
"A cup of coffee please." She says. I know Victoria wants a cup too, so I don't even ask her. I get the glasses and while waiting for the coffee to be ready I post the picture Pierre has made yesterday on Instagram.
