Buddies?

Hey guys! I'm soooooo sorry I haven't updated in so long! I've just been very busy but I promise I haven't forgotten about this story! Daehyun's POV

The weekend was finally over and I still had multiple questions on my mind.

Did he want us to be something serious?

Was I being used?

What are we?

What should I do about what happened this weekend?

I close my locker and Seulgi pops out from behind.

"So.. How did everything go with you and Taeeeee?"

"Ugh Seulgi! We made out, and we swam and played in his pool! It was all so much fun! And we also fell asleep together! I was in his strong arms all night long! Too bad we couldn't hangout Sunday too, my parents made me clean the whole house," I answer her question.

"Did he take your v card?" Jaehyun scared Seulgi and I.

"No! And be quiet someone could hear!" I smack him on the chest.

"Hi Jaehyunie, how is your morning going?" Seulgi turns to him.

"It's going good how about you Seul?" He ask and they start chatting away.

Jennie suddenly pulls me, leading me to Taeyong's locker?

"I can't believe Seulgi and Jaehyun already have nicknames for each other! How gross," Jennie laughs.

"Maybe one day you'll find someone too, Jennie don't be worried! I heard Mark is still single.." she clamps my mouth shut at the mention of Mark and then pulls me around the corner as soon as something catches her eyes.

"What is it???" I say curiously.

"Okay so you know how tomorrow is that field trip to the water and theme park? Well we have to choose a buddy to stick close with and check in With for safety reason, and I'm still iffy on whether Taeyong will be loyal to you so.." Jennie pauses.

"So..?"

"So I paid Betty to ask him to be her buddy for a kiss,"

"YOU WHAT-" Jennie puts her hands over my mouth as soon as I yell.

"Jennie Kim you're so dead! I can't believe you did this without my authority!"

"When do I ever even ask for your authority?" She does have a point. Jennie does as she pleases.

I peek at Betty and Taeyong and he..

He's giving her his phone number.

My face heats up and I subconsciously start walking over to them.

"Wow I really do mean a lot to you Taeyong! Kiss whatever it was we had goodbye!" I smack him.

He just smiles.

Betty runs after me but I'm already out of the school doors. It was almost lunch time anyways.

"Wait Daehyun! Taeyong stayed loyal to you! He said he would never choose someone else over you!" Betty shouts.

"Save it bitch!" I yell back.

"Hello is there a Mr. Daehyun? Your order is here," a guy with a taco cart stands in front of the school.

"What's this!?" Seulgi runs up to it. Jaehyun, Mark, and Jennie join me at the front.

"Oh we are bringing a taco cart for," the man looks down at a note he has before speaking.

"My babe, Daehyun,"

All sorts of thoughts run through my head but only one makes sense.

Taeyong must've gotten a taco cart delivered to school for me.

Should I still be mad? Was it just a misunderstanding?

I turn around and apologize to Betty when Taeyong comes from around the corner with a smirk on his face.

"Hey, wanna umm eat with our friends, maybe?" He puts his arm around my hip.

"Apologize first," I cross my arms.

"Look, I would never date anyone who isn't you especially Betty, no offense to her, I heard Jennie and Betty talking about it before school and I thought I'd play around with the situation. Sorry I didn't know that you didn't know about it," he holds my hand.

"And?" I look away.

"Would you like to be my partner for the trip tomorrow?" He pinches my cheek.

"Hmmm I'll tell you by tomorrow morning, meet me by the school's garden," I say and head off with my friends to eat tacos.

The rest of the day goes well. Taeyong and I just catch ourselves staring at each other ninety percent of the time.

Taeyong's POV

"So what did Jennie say?" Jae asks.

"She had no other choice, I was the last person in our grade that could partner up with, hopefully we become better friends, the girl drives me crazy," he laughs.

"Yea me and Seulgi are going together, since Daehyun will most likely choose Taeyong, I don't mine it though," they laugh and playfully punch me in the shoulder.

"Well good luck to you two, see you guys there!" I wave goodbye as soon as I see Daehyun in the garden.

He's wearing a cute red shirt with white shorts, and sandals. A perfect outfit for today.

"So what did you decide?"

"Yes, I'll go with you," he grabs ahold of my hands and pecks my cheek.

"Feel free to do that more often," I smile at him.

He laughs and pulls me towards the bus.

Summer was around the corner, I need to make him fall for me even more. Once he's too deep he won't be able to get out of my love.
