An Affair

That day, Bethany, Becca, Mia, Chloe, and Hazel planned to go to Bethany house, and they all follow through.

"Beth, where's yours?" asked Hazel, she's looking for Bethany's house.

"There it is! The white one." Bethany shows them all of her houses.

Now, they all in Bethany's house. They didn't do any homework there, they just want to gather together. There are no people in Bethany's house. Her Dad and Mom are working and her sister is at her grandma's house. Twice a week, Bethany and her sister Lily, always come to their grandma's house. But now, Bethany didn't.

"Come in guys. My room is in upstairs. And please don't assert my home. Because I have to work hard to clean it." said Bethany to them. Bethany didn't like a mess things. So she told them like that.

"Ok. We're okay with that. Nice rule!" said Mia, she's a little bit joking.

So they went upstairs and come to Bethany's room. They were so excited because this is the first time they come to Bethany's.

"Wow. Your room is amazing!" said Hazel, she loves Bethany's room.

"Yeah, I love my room. Thanks, Haz." Bethany smiled at Hazel.

"So... You like purple, Beth?" asked Chloe when she looked at Bethany's room wall.

"No, I didn't like purple. It's my mom's idea to make my room purple. I like blue. And this room is like a little girl's room honestly, but I kind of like it." Bethany explained to them.

"Yeah. I went to your room for like a million times and I'm kinda bored of seeing this room. No, just kidding." Becca laughed at them. Becca is Bethany's friends since...forever. So she already knew it.

"Oh shut up!" Bethany slapped Becca's arms.

"Beth, you love books? I saw a lot of books on your desk," asked Mia.

"Yes. I love books. But not at all, though. I have lots of books but I haven't read half of them yet," Bethany answered Mia's question.

"What is your type of books? Romance? Fantasy? Horror?" asked Mia again.

"Ummm. The mystery you know, like a detective and the crime or murder," said Bethany, Bethany loves mystery
because the mystery is fun.

"I guess you like Agatha Christie. Is that true?" Mia guessed that Bethany likes Agatha Christie.

"That's true. My favorite is 'And Then There Were None' Bethany told her about her favorite book by Agatha Christie, cause that amazing woman wrote so many brilliant books.

"That's cool. But I think you have to read 'To Kill a Mockingbird'. That book is literally amazing" said Mia.

"Oh, I knew it! I already read it and it's such a beautiful story" said Bethany.

In Bethany's room they ate spaghetti, they cooked it together and made some drinks. And then they watched Netflix and ate popcorn. They ate a lot of food but it's okay.

"So, we're here for almost 3 hours." suddenly Hazel spoke to them while seeing the clock on the wall.

"What? It's only 3 hours, not too long," said Mia to Hazel.

"Hey! 3 hours is so long, though," Chloe yelled at Mia, but not too loud.

"Ok guys stop it! My ears hurt." and then Becca shouted at them.

"Then ok, 1 hour again. I have lots of homework." Hazel gave up, so homework is the reason for her to go home.

After that, they watch Netflix again. But when they watch a movie, there's something wrong. Then the house door open, but they don't know who is it.
