Chapter 2 The disappearances

Present time

Craig's Pov
I walked out of my counselor office. She wanted me to take a break from Evans case. Only because she felt like it was stressing me out. I walked out and Tyler was waiting in his car. I opened the door and got in. I shut the door and Tyler began driving. "How was it?" Tyler asks. "It was fine but she thinks I'm just stressed out because of Evan case." I said.

"Dumb bitch." Tyler growled. "She just doing her job." I said. "I know but still she wasn't there to see it. She wasn't friends with Evan. Especially the fact she didn't know him like we did." Tyler says. "I know but still she was doing her job." I said. It was silent for a while. If you guys are wondering me, Tyler, and Marcel moved in together after we got finished with College.

"So Craig do you ever wonder what happened to Jon, Luke, Brian, Brock, David, and Lui?" Tyler asks. "Sometimes." I said moving the amulet around in my hand. We get back home and we surprisingly see Lui and David in are front yard talking to Marcel.

Both of us get out and Lui hugged me. I hugged Lui back with a smile on my face. "Wow it's been awhile." Tyler says. "It has." David says. Me and Lui stopped hugging each other that's when I noticed the ring on lui's finger and one on Davids ring finger. "Are you two engaged?" I asked. Both of them blush. "Um yeah." Lui says. "Cool I knew you two would get together eventually." Tyler says.

"Yeah so how have you guys been?" David asks. "Okay I guess." I said. "Fine." Tyler says. "Um good." Marcel says. "Well it's good to hear sorta." David says looking at me. "So Tyler where you and Craig at Anyway?" Lui asks. "I was picking up Craig from his counselor." Tyler says.

"Oh cool." Lui says. "That reminds me Craig what did she say about Evans case?" Marcel asks. "Case?" David asks. "Um Craig's a cop know and he was trying to solve Evans case. The hit and run case of Evan Fong I should say." Marcel explains. "Oh." David says. "She thinks I'm to stressed out about and wants me to relax and take a break from it even though I don't want to." I said.

"Stupid bitch." I heard David says. "That's exactly what Tyler said." I laughed. I heard Lui also begin giggling. "Well at least I wasn't the only one." David says. "I know we have been gone for a long time but do you guys still talk to Brian, Brock, Luke, and Jon?" David asks. "No after you guys moved we kind of just split up during the rest of high school." Marcel says. "Oh I see." Lui says.

I noticed someone in the distance. Marcel, Tyler, Lui, and David were to busy talking. I walked towards that person. They turned right and began walking away. I began running after them. I chased after them into the park nearby. I looked around and didn't know where the person went. I kept looking around until I spotted the person again. I walked closer until I realized that it was Evan. Yet that was physically and mentally impossible.

Marcel's Pov

Me, Tyler, David, and Lui were glad to see each other. For some reason I decided to look around. I noticed Craig wasn't anywhere to be found. "Guys Where's Craig?" I asked. Everyone looked around and spotted nothing. I looked at the door and it wasn't opened. "He couldn't have gotten far." Lui says. All of us began looking around the house and found no sign of him.

We then began looking around the streets and at the park. "Craig." David yelled. We looked around until I spotted something shining on the grass. I ran towards it and it was Craig's amulet and phone. Tyler looked and his eyes widened. "Isn't That Craig's things?" Lui asks. "It is But Craig never leaves this stuff behind." Tyler says with worry.

"I'm going to call Bryce Craig partner and friend." I said pulling out my phone. I then began contacting Bryce.

Brock's Pov
I was in the meeting room with Brian, Bryce, Ryan, Mark, and Jack. "So all of you are working on Evan case?" I asked. "Well Bryce and Craig are." Ryan says. "Well that's good to know." Brian says. Out of nowhere Bryce's phone rang.

"Who's calling you?" Ryan asks. "It's Marcel." Bryce says confused. "Put it on speaker." Brian says. Bryce nodded his head answered it and put it on speaker. "Hey Marcel." Bryce. "Hey Bryce we have a problem." Marcel says. "Okay like what?" Bryce asks.

"It's Craig." Marcel says. "What do you mean did something happen to Craig?" Bryce asks. "Yes it's like he disappeared without a trace me, Tyler, Lui, and David found his phone and amulet in the Westminster park. But it's not like him to leave his stuff behind." Marcel says. Bryce looked worried himself. "That's super weird I know he keeps that stuff on him all the time." Bryce says.

"Yeah can you please come down her and see if you can figure out what happened?" Marcel asks. "I'll be there." Bryce says. "Thank you Bryce." Marcel says. "No problem." Bryce says.

Bryce hanged up his phone. "All of us better go to help you Bryce." I said. Bryce nodded his head and we began heading towards the park.
