"Oh my gosh..." crystal covered her mouth, walking back and forth in a frenzy.
"Crystal please..." I said, trying to get her to calm down for a second.
Selena had been hugging me for the past 10 minutes that had past.
"Make sure the door is locked." I told Crystal, pointing towards the door.
She nodded with a blank look on her face before speed walking over to the door.
"It's locked.." she said.
I nodded, rubbing Selena's back.
My heartbeat had never beaten this hard in years.
What were we going to do?
Calling the police was a major no no.
"Jacob what are we going to do?!" She said, placing her hands on the side of her face.
Looking back and forth at the gun lying on the floor and Mario's body that was leaking blood, I was clueless and trust me I was scared, I just didn't want to let them see it.
"We have to call the police." She said, pulling out her phone, with shaky hands.
"No! Are you crazy?!" I said.
"We can't just leave him here!"
"Crystal if we call the police, not only am I going down, but you're going down too! We can't do that!"
"All of this wouldn't even be happening if I would have just went home." She whined.
I could tell she was on the verge of tears.
I grabbed her arm and pulled her to me to hug her.
"Crystal just calm down ok? Let me think for a second." I said
"I'm sorry." Selena said so innocently.
If only she knew how much trouble she'd put us in, but all for good reasoning.
I stood still in a daze, thinking of various options to take.
