Louis' P.O.V.

Today I'm going to make Pat n's day less stressful. She has already told me what she wants for our wedding so the only thing I have to do is get that stuff and then we can move on from there. So first is the bakery for the cake. I'm doing that first because its probably the most expensive. So I got up and started heading to my car. But every time I go to do something there's something bigger to do. I have to go look at wedding bands.

I shifted the gears of my car and turned it around. I headed towards Kay Jewelers. I drove about a half a mile and found it. I went in and went up to the guy behind the counter. He looked up at me, smiled, and stood up. When I got to him he very politely fretted me with a, "Hello, welcome to Kay Jewelers! How may I help you?" I smiled and said simply, "Have to buy a wedding band for my sweetheart." He smiled at this and led me down the row to where the really pretty wedding bands were.

"What color are you looking for sir?" He asked. "Um white gold, please." I answered. He nodded and took out all the possible options. There were 15. #1 was a little small. #2 was okay but it didn't scream yes to me. #3 was kind of gaudy. Pretty but gaudy. #4 was really pretty but it wasn't beautiful. #5 was beautiful though. It was perfect, exactly what I was looking for, but yet so was #7. In the end though I decided to go with #5 because it was a tad bit bigger. I paid the $12,000 for it and headed for the bakery.

When I got there, there were a bunch of different cakes sitting on tables that were beautifully decorated. I was examining a really pretty one when a guy came out of nowhere and greeted me with a "Hello, welcome to Cake Bossery! How may I help you?" I smiled and answered with a, "I need a cake for my wedding, and the one behind you is absolutely perfect. I'll pick it up tomorrow morning at 8 and I'll pay the $10,000 for it tomorrow as well." He nodded and said okay.

Next stop: The flower shop. She told me how many roses she wanted in her bouquet and which color. Red. I went up to the florist and told him about the 30 red roses and he went and got them immediately. When he came back he asked me to examine them and when I said they were good he told me of was $50.00. Not too bad! And the last stop: Food store. When I got there it was huge. The first thing I thought of was getting lost in there.

She already told me that she wanted a seafood platter, some beef, and she wanted a big ravioli. So when the guy came out I told him what I was looking for and he told me that they didn't have ravioli, and that he had lasagna instead. I said that was fine and he gave me everything. But I made a wise decision and traded the lasagna in for a big platter of cheese and crackers, but the cheese was a really bid spread. There was a ton of it. I said that was good and he told me the price. I'll tell you I'm not scared. $250.00.

And now I have nothing to do and its only 3:00. I decided I was going to just go home and watch some TV or something. But then I started thinking about a third ring for our honeymoon and a fourth ring for our one year anniversary. I decided to hold off on the one year anniversary one and just stick to getting the honeymoon one. So I went to Zales this time and they had a lot better options than Kay Jewelers.

I went up to the counter and told the guy about a honeymoon band and he led me to the counter made for just that stuff. I told him the color: white gold and he pulled out the only one I could choose from. It was a plain band. But it was perfect. I took it for $1,000.00 and was on my way to book some tickets for our honeymoon. I started thinking of all the possible places that we could go. There's Figi, Hawaii, Honolulu, The beach down the street from us, Jamaica. Anything!

But when I got home the choice was obvious. I mean we have to go to Germany. There is so much in Germany that I can think of doing. The only thing is we might have to learn German. Or then again maybe not because the tickets themselves are $500.00 a piece. But guess what? I bought them for us anyways. Just as I was finished with my transaction, Payton walked through the door.

"Hey babe!" She said cheerily. "Hey! Come see what I got hun. Well actually I'll have to tell you because I ordered all of it. Okay so I ordered the roses for you for your bouquet, I ordered a seafood platter, beef and a big platter of spreadable cheddar cheese and crackers, your wedding band, a honeymoon band, the wedding cake, and I just booked tickets to Germany for our honeymoon. And on the way I picked this up for you." I pulled out a stuffed teddy bear from a shopping bag and handed it to her.

She started crying and hugged me really tight. I knew I did it right. "Babe you did all that for me?" She asked me. "Well yeah if course babe I love you." I replied. "That is so sweet of you! Thank you babe. I love you so much." She said, and hugged me even tighter. "Tomorrow I'm getting my wedding dress and my vale." She added. "I know. And no matter which one you get, your gonna look beautiful. I don't care which one you get, as long as it shows off your figure a little bit." I said. She smiled and laughed at the ending. "For you babe I will. Thank you." She said. "Your welcome." I said, and smiled.
