Payton's P.O.V.

I told myself today was the day that I was going to be brave and call Louis. Today is the day. If I don't do this, I may have no chance of ever becoming anything with him. I shakily went to my contacts and scrolled down to his name. I took a deep breath, clicked it twice, and put the phone up to my ear. "Hello?" I heard him say. "Hello Louis, its Payton!" I said. "Hello Payton!" He greeted me. I laughed and said, "How are things?"

I heard him laugh and he said, "Good. With you?" I couldn't help but smile. "Good. So listen Louis, I have a question for you." I said. "And what's that?" He asked. "Would you want to hangout with me if I asked?" I spoke. "Yes." He said bluntly. "Really?" I asked. "Yes. Hut I must warn you, I am 26." He said. "I am 23." I spoke. "Does age matter to you?" Louis asked. "No. How about you?" I asked. "Nope." He said almost immediately. I laughed and he laughed.

"So whats been goin on with you lately?" He asked. "Well, i have been talking to a celebrity and writing. And reading." I said. "Sounds fun." He told me. "Yeah, lots." I laughed. "So, Payton Grace, if your 23, that must mean your on your third year of college, yes?" He asked. "No. I actually only went for two years and decided it was enough." I said. "Same here. I went for environmental sciences. What did you go for?" He asked me. "To be a doctor." I said.

"Wow. That's tough." He replied. "Yeah, it can be at times. Especially the finals at the end of every semester." I told him. "Oh I feel you. I had so many finals for the sciences. That's why I didn't go for four years." Louis said. "Well, I didn't just go for two for that reason. I mean, it was one reason. But I also only went for two because I wanted to move up here. Buy I don't know yet. I'm gonna have to see how things go up here." I said.

"Yeah. Well and you don't know who your gonna meet either. Right? I mean, you could end up finding a romantic interest with someone and marrying them.. I mean it's just a possibility." He said. "Yeah, it is a possibility." I agreed. I heard him chuckle and I laughed. Soon we were both broken out into huge laughter. We couldn't stop. It was almost as if our laughs were contagious. Finally we calmed down a little bit and kept talking.

"No but seriously though. You could." He said. "I know. I wasn't denying it." I said. "Okay." He replied. "Okay." I said. We stayed silent for a little while but then we started laughing more and more and finally we just were laughing so hard there was literally no stopping us. Soon after we stopped laughing we started on another topic. "So do you like turtles?" He asked. I thought about this question for a little while. "I love turtles." I said.

"Marry me!" He said. Again we started laughing really hard. "Nahh.." I trailed of, still joking. "Aww but why?" He asked. "I just met you. You at least have to take me out on a few dates first." I said. "Okay." He said, and he was completely serious. "Okay.." I said. "How about tomorrow night." He suggested. "Okay." I said. "Okay.. at seven?" He asked. "Works for me." I said. "Okay. Well Payton Grace, I have to go now but I will see your lovely face tomorrow." He said. "Alright!" I said, and he hung up.
