When Natsu runs into Zeref on a solo mission he finds out he is E.N.D. When he's back at the Guild he hides the truth from everyone, hoping they'll never find out what he truly is.
What happens when Team Natsu run into Zeref once again and find out...
Once the night of partying at Tartaros ended, Natsu could finally get to work. He was formulating a plan, one that would crush the Fairies, and bring his Lucy to him.
After about 4 hours of contemplating his choices of what to do he decided to take a break and stroll around his guild and the outside of it. He got up and headed out.
Once he was outside he took a deep breath. Being inside a guild hall that has had a party, everything in there seemed crammed in so taking a breather outside really helped his thinking process. He wandered around the guild hall, slightly frowning to himself while thinking over the rough plan that he came up with. He didn't really like his idea.
From the corner of his eye, he saw a glimpse of black and white, but in a moment it was gone. He smirked and chased after it, seeing it behind trees and constantly appearing and vanishing.
Soon enough he was so far from his guild hall it would be two towns over from where he was. He soon noticed that fact and looked at his surroundings, then sighed. "Goddamn it..I went too far." He then snapped his head back around to where he last saw the black and white fabric and just stared. And small smirk grew on his face as he inhaled, smelling his surroundings.
"Why, I didn't think you'd come visit again so soon.. Brother."
In the Fairy Tail guild
"What's our plan, master?" Erza asked. Currently, Her, Lucy, Gray, Happy and The Master were all in the Master's office, awaiting his plan that he'd come up with.
"Well my child, first Happy will take us to the Tartaros guild hall, since he remembers where the new guild hall is located. After that, we will split up into teams of 5, searching around the guild hall. If anyone runs into a demon, try and avoid battle at all costs but if they do have to battle, retreat out of the guild and lure the demon away with them to a safe location. THEN and ONLY THEN will we engage in battle." He looked at the 4 in front of him to see if they understood and got a response of a nod so he carried on.
"Our main goal is to find E.N.D and remain hidden from his sight and enhanced senses. We also need to find Zeref. He should be in their guild hall and he will know a way to reverse E.N.D's transformation and get Natsu back." He looked back at his guild mates and they nodded in response.
"Any questions?" He asked them. Gray nodded and asked, "What if Zeref or E.N.D find us and engage us in battle?" The Master looked at Gray and sighed. "Immediate retreat." He replied, not wanting any of his children getting gravely hurt in this battle. Gray hesitantly nodded to that and sighed.
"When will this take place?" Erza asked. "In a months time.." The master responded. Lucy perked up, "A MONTH?! I'm sorry but that's too long to leave E.N.D to do what he wants! It's been less than a week and he's already destroyed Mavis' body! That's too long a time to wait! Who knows what could happen!!" "Don't you think I don't know that?!" He snapped back at Lucy. She flinched in response and kept quiet. He quickly apologised for his sudden outburst and sighed.
"I know it's a long time until the day we attack but trust me on this my child, we will need that time. Don't think we will be doing nothing in that time, we will be training hard, all of Fairy Tail will be. This will be a tough battle, probably the toughest. We will need this month to train." Lucy nodded after his explanation, understanding their current situation.
The Master turned to look at Happy. "You know where their guild hall is don't you?" He asked. "Aye!" Happy responded, remembering where the location of the said building was.
"Alright, in a months time mission 'Save Natsu' will begin. Until then, train harder than you've ever trained before! I will make an announcement to the rest of the guild in the meantime." And with that, the training began.
With Natsu
Natsu stared at his brother, a smirk plastered on his face.
"I have come back with an offer.." Zeref stated. "Oh?" Natsu replied, intrigued. "First things first, I am the current Emperor of the Alvarez Empire." "Woah! An Emperor? I didn't expect that from you!" Zeref chuckled, "yes, and as your brother, I am here to offer you to come to my kingdom as a prince." "Hmm..what about my guild?" "You can notify them of your absence and you can bring two of them along with you if you wish.." "Alright, where should I meet you?" "Tomorrow midnight at Hargeon port." "Alright, I will see you there brother." And with that, Zeref vanished with a smile.
Natsu strolled back to his guild, the smug smirk never leaving his face.
