Scarlett POV:

Two weeks have gone by and it's a Friday night a week before the big day. Mekhi finally agreed for me to have a party at Club Paradise in the VIP section of course. He said he will be in his office if we happen to need anything.

We get Ashton to drive us and of course Atticus tags along as well. When we get to the club we are escorted in to the VIP lounge. The guys go to the office with Mekhi.

I invited my friends Skylar and Jennifer and a few of their friends. All girls of course the guys had to stay away tonight. We order drinks and Meagan tries to order a mixed drink and I stop the waitress. "Give her a virgin daiquiri please."

She pouts out her bottom lip, "You're no fun."

"And you are seventeen girl. You're not getting drunk on my watch and I'm not getting into it later with your brother."

"Scarlett just one please..."

"Nope, beg all you want you are not getting one."

She rolls her eyes. We drink two rounds and then head down to the dance floor. We are all having so much fun that I don't even notice Meagan talking with a guy. I pull her away and back into the group. We dance another song then head back up to the lounge. We down two more drinks and all the girls are chatting about the guys in the club and how cool it is to be in a VIP lounge.

Meagan goes to the restroom and I wait for her before going back down to the dance floor. She was gone for a good fifteen minutes so I go looking for her. She is off to the side talking to the same guy. This girl is dying to cause me trouble with her brother. I go up and pull her arm.

"Scarlett you are not my mother."

"No I'm not but I'm responsible for your ass come on lets go."

The guy comes between us. I stare him down. "Don't fuck with me. I'm not in the mood and by the way she is so underage so fuck off."

"Bitch who the hell do you think you're talking to."

I ignore him and grab her arm to pull her back to the dance floor.

"That was so not cool, Scarlett." She whines.

"Meagan seriously grow the fuck up. Would you rather have me to deal with this shit or Mekhi?"

"Whatever." She rolls her eyes.

"We could leave now if you want?" I ask her.

"No please. Let's just dance. I'm sorry ok I was being a bitch."

"Ok, but if you go off again like that we are leaving got it."

We start dancing. We dance and dance. We are at the end of a song and when I turn around she is gone again. Damn that girl.

I go back to the restroom area and she is not there. I go upstairs to the VIP lounge and she is not there. This girl is going to make me lose it. She doesn't know who she is dealing with I have never shown her my other side. I ask everyone in the group if they have seen her and everyone shakes there head.

I run up to the office and don't bother knocking. Mekhi along with Ashton and Atticus jump when they see me.

"Have you seen Meagan?"

Mekhi shakes his head.

"Dammit just look at the damn surveillance cameras."

"She's probably in the restroom babe." He clicks on all the camera so we can see all areas of the place.

"I looked...I looked everywhere. Mekhi I can't freaking find her."

He rewinds footage where we are on the dance floor. We see her dancing and then she is gone just like that.

"Wait back it up...stop right there." I point to the screen. "That guy right there."

We all stare at the screen and watch as the guy drags her away. We look at a few other cameras and sure enough he drags her out the back door and towards his car.

All the guys jump up at the same time and run downstairs I follow behind them. Time we get out there the car is gone taking Meagan with him.

"What the fuck!" Mekhi yells out.

"What the hell does he want?" He yells again.

He is on the phone with his dad and they are working on getting the license plate number. It's been almost an hour when Mekhi's phone goes off.

He doesn't recognize the number. "Who the hell is this?"

Mekhi POV:

I knew I should never have agreed to the party dammit.

When my phone goes off I'm super pissed.

"Who the hell is this?" I say roughly.

"You want your sister back. Meet me on the corner of 5th and Broad St. in one hour with a million or else."

"You lay one finger on her and I will kill your ass."

"You don't meet me in one hour I will kill her better yet I may use her for a while to get the money that I am owed."

"You know you're dead either way right?"

"Sorry man I'm so alive..you know instead have that bitchy red head of yours meet me."

"That's not going to happen?"

"Yes it will...you want your sister back."

The phone goes dead and I start cussing the hell out of it.

We are all up in the office replaying all the cameras from when the guy first comes in and starts talking with her. I look up and Scarlett is looking out at the dance floor.

"That was him. He wants a million dollars and he wants Scarlett to drop it off."

That gets her attention and she turns to look at me. "Why does he want me to do it?"

"I don't know but you're not going."

"The hell I'm not, were getting Meagan back."
