The Forbidden Love...

~Part Five~

I just stared. Stared in absolute shock, and terror. What does he mean by that? He never hated me?

"What..." was all I managed to say before he snakes his arm around my neck, lightly kissing my forehead. He smiles deeply and looks me in the eyes.

"I have always liked you..." Dark Link says before pecking my lips. I was in to much shock to move or even speak, so he had no struggle cuddling me in his arms, burying his head in my neck.

I tried to push him off but my arms felt weak. All I managed to do was clench the clothes on his chest and push lightly, it was enough to get him to look at me.

"Why... You always attacked me... I don't understand..." A million things where running threw my mind as he looked at me. I couldn't find the right words, I was lost.

"To put it simply, I didn't know how to express my feelings. So I did the only thing I knew how, but now, I have learned." He said leaning his head on my own, causing my cheeks to burn. I could only mutter a "Oh..." as he rested on me.

"Well, I have to run, I will see you later." Dark Link whispers into my ear before lifting up and kissing me deeply. For some reason though, I didn't pull away. I let him kiss me.

He then let's go and the blackness disappears, causing light to surround me again.

"LINK?!" I hear Navi say flying around my head. I opened my eyes just enough to see Zelda leaning over the bed to look at me, and Navi flying around me like a crazy animal.

"Mm..?" I mutter as I fully open my eyes.

"Link stop scarring us!!" I hear Navi yell landing on my chest. I giggle slightly before attempting to sit up, then the pain in my side hit me like lightning. "Nngh..."

"Careful, and what happened? I couldn't get in here, finding you on the other side of the room, then you pass out in my arms." I hear Zelda say pushing me back down on the bed lightly.

"..." I didn't know what I should say. So I chose to dodge the question. "I don't remember, it just kinda happened."

Zelda sighs and looks out the window into the blackened sky, Navi joining her by flying to her shoulder.

My eyes began to feel heavy. I have had the longest day I have ever had in a long time. I grunt slightly before slowing sleep to take me over.

{That Morning~}

"Breakfast!" Was the only thing I heard before my eyes opened wide. I turn my head to the right to see a maid with two treys of good and a tiny plate of berries for Navi.

"Ah thank you! Could you have a few doctors come down and look at Link's wound after we are done?" Zelda asks taking the trey. The maid nods and quickly scurry a out of the room.

"Morning sleeping beauty!" I hear Navi say in my ear, causing me to jump a little in surprise.

"Navi that tickles, don't do that." I say sitting up in the bed, yet again falling back down in pain.

I could hear a small giggle come from Zelda as I lay there. I groan and turn to look out the window, squinting to look at the beautiful tree lines and mountains.

"Take it easy Link. Be sure to eat all this up." Zelda says handing me the plate, while she helps me up.

This is going to be a long week...
