Logan never thought that Roman would ever do this to him at all. It just didn't add up. He had the facts but this just didn't make sense.

He was walking through the halls of the mind, sipping a freshly made coffee. He was quite happy that day because he knew that his boyfriend would be there with him. Well, that was until he heard a particular someone say a certain phrase, "I love you, Virgil."

It physically broke him when he heard the name of the person, which confirmed his assumptions. "I love you too, Roman."

Logan looked up from his coffee and he saw Roman pinning Virgil down, face flushed. Time stopped before his eyes when he saw Roman lean in for another kiss.

Tears prickled his eyes but he didn't bother wipe them away. He wanted to show Roman how hurt he was. He should've known that it was so fucking stupid of him to fall in love when he didn't consider the other to fall out of love.

He let go of his coffee, his entire mood being ruined by the two in front of him. Roman turned his head and gasped. "L-Logan! What a surprise... R-Ready for–"

"I'm a f-fucking idiot," Logan whispered, looking at Roman then Virgil with sadness and anger in his eyes. "I let myself love you a-and this happens?"

"L-Love–"

"D-Don't call me that!" Logan screamed, silence dawning the three. Virgil looked down, guilty that he had been the other factor. "Y-You've lost all right calling me that..."

"Logan–"

"That's Logic to you. We're fucking over."

With that, Logan left the other two sides, tears streaming down his face. It didn't bother him that he looked like a broken mess, he is a broken mess.

And it hurt.

He looked back at the other two, who tried to approach him again. Growling, he said, "Don't touch me. You've lost all right to talk to me, Princey. And you, Virgil? How could you?"

Virgil looked down, feeling panic rise in his chest. Even though he did want to breakdown and cry, he couldn't because he knew he didn't have the right.

"T-That's what I fucking thought. Good day, Creativity and Anxiety," Logan spat out, turning on his heel and entering his room with a bang.

Both Roman and Virgil visibly flinched as the logical side left the hall, leaving them in awkward silence. Moments passed as Patton came in, face striken with panic.

"What happened?"

"U-Um–"

"What the fuck did you do to Logan?" Patton said, almost fuming. Roman gaped and sent Virgil a side glance, but the other just looked away.

"I-It was all my fault, I shouldn't have–"

"Congratulations, Roman," Patton said, entering Logan's room without knocking. "And kindly, just... leave us alone."

Roman sighed as he walked to his room, guilt heavy in his heart. Virgil scurried off, probably to listen to MCR or something. It didn't matter anymore to Roman, he just couldn't believe that he cheated on Logan. Maybe it was supposed to happen? After all, they were opposite traits of the same person.

Maybe one day he could talk to Logan, but that day could be in years since Logan was never the type to lash out that bad.

(Falsehood.)

Time passed for the sides slowly, Thomas noticed the tension but Patton's desperate glance to not bring it up made him more worried.

Patton has 'hired' himself as Logan's caretaker, since Logan barely left his room. He always trapped himself in his work.

The only time Logan did leave was because he felt thirsty and Patton was sleeping on his bed, snoring softly.

"Logan," a voice behind him called.

"Yes, Creativity?" Logan asked, not looking at the side behind him.

"Look, I'm sorry. I just... I was too caught up in the moment. I understand that you probably don't like me more than you ever did. Just... please forgive me?"

"No... I don't just 'don't like you'..." Logan said, closing his eyes. Roman stared at him in confusion.

"You don't?"

"I fucking abore you. I appreciate the apology but I'd rather not get fixed to be broken again."

With that, Logan left Roman.

This time, for fucking good.
