[ jung jaeyeon ]

"jungwoo.."

"jae, follow me. just be quiet so they'll not see us" i wiped my tears and quietly stood up

i turned my head and see them talking happily with each other

his happiness is my happiness

"jae.." jungwoo called again. i looked at him

"here, hold my hand" he softly said and handed me his hand

i placed my hand over his as i felt our hands intertwined

we quietly walked past some cottages and rocks

"where are we going, woo?" i asked him

"you'll see, jae. we're a bit closer to the place" he said

we continued walking on these slippery rocks. since it's a bit dark. i stepped on something making me slip

i closed my eyes and ready myself for the impact but i felt none. instead, i felt an arm wrapped around my waist

i opened my eyes and saw jungwoo's face which is a few centimeters away from mine. he gave me a small smile

"be careful, bub. just hold onto me and you're safe" he said. bub?

dug dug dug dug

"oh. okay. i-i'll be careful" i said. i saw him smiled. we stood up straight and walked for a bit more and finally we're back on the sand again

"i have a surprise. sooo, i'll cover your eyes, okay?" he said

"do you really have to?"

"yes, bub. trust me" my heart is not beating fast. i swear

"okay.." i just said. he smiled before he covered my eyes

he told me to walk for a bit more. i suddenly felt that the sand was gone. where are we???

"okay. 1.. 2.. 3.." he finally removed his hands. my vision is a bit blurry so i rubbed my eyes

as i open it again, the lights is wow! i looked around and realized that we're  in a gazebo like place

the lights is aesthetically decorated around this gazebo

i looked outside and saw that there are many gazebos. i also saw a pathway full of lights

for short, this place is wonderful!

"woo.. where are we?" i asked. he smiled

"this is an abandoned events place. i celebrated my 8th birthday here" he said

"why did they abandoned this place? it's so beautiful!"

"this place is far away from the city and everything. it's very hard to go here from where we came from. people didn't liked how they managed parties but to be very honest, it exceeded my expectations when i was young" he said

"some people said that there are ghosts and such here but don't worry, it's not true. since then, they became bankrupt and decided to close this place. i love this place. i talked to my parents and asked them if we could buy this instead and so, i can go here and relax when i want to. and here it is" he added

"you want to look around the place?" he asked

"i would love to!" we smiled at each other as he intertwined my hands once again and started showing me around

i'm so lucky to have him in my life
