It has been a couple of weeks since the fights you were in, you haven't seen or really spoken to big Daniel since then, not because something happened but just because you've wanted to stay out of the 'spotlight' and it had seemed to you that he kind of forgot about you and was making more friends this didn't bother you though you were happy he was making friends, at school you would hang out with jay or by yourself it was kind of like your alone time in the day seeing as how after school you would go hang out with Crystal or go to the convenience store to hang out with Jiho Duke and little Daniel you even found out that big Daniel and little Daniel are roommates and happened to be your neighbors, today was just a regular day you got up still tired from spending practically all night keeping little Daniel company at the store, you got up got dressed and decided you would take a quick little nap on the couch before school because of how tired you were
I'll just take a short 5 minute nap then head off to school

Dang I wish I could sleep a bit longer still but I do need to get to school

You thought after you heard your back crack and getting a little light headed, you looked over to the clock and saw that it was 8:30 you were an hour late for school

You had just made it to school and were running to class as you turned the corner in the hall way you hit something hard causing it and you to fall and your hood to fall off as well

You thought looking up to meet the confused gaze of Daniel
"Y/N?" He said confused to see you at school
You stood up picking up your stuff then helping him up
"Sorry Daniel, I didn't mean to run into you it's just I'm late for class like really late and I usually get here early but I was tired this morning and fell back asleep because I had been hanging out with little Daniel last night Ah I'm sorry," you said rambling on
" it's okay y/n I just didn't know you went to school here," he said looking to the side with light pink cheeks
"What really I mean I was the first person to sit with you at lunch, I told you my name oh you must of not heard it my bad and I was there when you fought Zack and when Vasco grabbed your shoulder I pulled his hand off, you really didn't recognize me at all huh," you said looking at him
He shook his head still blushing
"Sorry y/n," he said looking down
"Ah that's so cool! That means nobody else recognizes me either right? Ah yeah!" You said jumping in the air "I'm like a spy undercover sneaky full of stealth sexy but dangerous." you said trying to act like a spy
"Uh, Yeah....kinda," Daniel said blushing harder
"Anyway Daniel since you know my secret that wasn't really a secret will you walk me to class?" You said starting to walk off towards the architecture department
"U-uh y-yeah sure y/n," Daniel said running to catch up
"s-so how come I've never seen you walking to school before I mean we do live right next to each other?" Daniel asked trying to break the silence
"I usually get to school pretty early, I don't really like being seen so I show up before everyone else and kind of hide behind my clothes, I'd do it all the time if it wasn't for Crystal forcing me to dress 'nicer' and more 'presentable' she can't really help it though she's a mom friend, she's overprotective and dresses me up like I'm her daughter that's why outside of school I don't dress like this," you said somewhat explaining why you dress the way you do and are never seen
"But why don't you like to be seen?" He asked still a bit confused by that
"I just haven't had the best time in school, people would constantly stare at me and make fun of me so I started to hide what they made fun of while working hard to better myself," You said looking up at him with a sad smile
Daniel looked at you blushing shocked that you had been bullied
How could someone so beautiful have been bullied
" anyway," you said looking forward again "how about we hang out after school?" You asked smiling
"Y-you want to hang out? with me?" Daniel said looking at you shocked
"Yeah well as long as that's ok with you I feel kinda bad that I haven't talked to you since your first day at school," you said looking back at him
"Y-yeah, yeah that'd be g-great," he said pink dusting his cheeks looking to the side

You walked home from school with Daniel taking off your hoodie after getting far enough away from the school
"Wow it's hot today," you say trying to start conversation
"Yeah, why do you wear that hoodie all the time if you don't mind my asking?" Daniel said looking at you
"Oh um I just feel more comfortable in it that's all," you said looking forward
"Okay," Daniel said deciding to drop the topic
You had just made it to Daniel's house and he was opening the door when he froze saying something under his breath you thought this was odd and looked in the house seeing little Daniel sleeping and a woman

You thought looking at the woman and seeing the panic on big Daniel's face
"Who are you?" She said looking at Daniel
"Hello ma'am, nice to meet you." He said smiling at the woman "so you are Daniel's mother? I've heard so much about you."
"Really?" She asked looking at him
"To save on rent Daniel and I are living together." Daniel said still smiling at little Daniel's mom " Daniel is sleeping before his part time job, he has an after-school job to help pay for living expenses."

Daniel thought while rubbing the back of his neck
"Oh hi are you my Daniel's girlfriend?" Daniels mom asked finally noticing you
"Of course," you said smiling at little Daniel's mom "I'm not his boy friend," you said sarcastically with a laugh

Daniel thought shocked before smiling to himself and blushing
Of course I'm Daniel's friend why wouldn't I be I'm both of the Daniels friend
You thought unaware of the actual situation
"Oh my," Daniel's mom said smiling "wow my son is all grown up he has a girlfriend a very pretty one at that and Ah he's working and studying at the same time and friends wow I thought after the last school maybe-" she continued to ramble on so you zooned out going into your own world
I wonder if fish ever get bored...do they have their own little world and personalities or do the just swim around never talking to other fish....I kinda wanna be a fish now yeah wow that would be great swimming all the time just two fish chillin five feet apart cause they're not gay......no that's too much work I want to be a rock, yeah, yeah that's it! a rock! man even breathing is exercise it would be great to be a rock, I wonder what big Daniel and little Daniel's mom are talking about
You finally zoned back in when she asked you something
"So do you two have time to chat, I want to hear about Daniel?" She asked looking up at the both of you
"Um well we we-," you cut Daniel off
"Of course we have time," you said smiling at little Daniel's mom
You were bored and hungry after all

You three ended up going to a cafe
"Welcome," the barista said as you walked through the door
You looked up to wave hi to the worker then realizing who it was
Huh? Jace I didn't know he worked here (I want to make the character more confident and unaware of how weird or sexual her thoughts and things she says and does are..not to bad though so yeah sorry (;..) damn he looks good in that uniform...

"You guys are really tall," little Daniel's mom said looking up at Daniel and you

Jace thought looking over at the three of you

"Ma'am? What would you like to drink?" Daniel asked looking down at little Daniel's mom
"You seem pretty popular. Danny must be jealous." She said looking up at Daniel noticing the stares and people whispering
He just laughed it off
"What would you like?" He asked again
"I'll have and americano." She said looking up at the menu
"Ah amaykano?" He said looking at her
"Um...it's pretty expensive here," she said grabbing your arm pulling slightly "don't they have instant coffee?" She asked seeming worried causing you to frown
"No, they don't have instant," Daniel replied
"Is water free?" She asked still holding on to you
"Yes," this time you answered, feeling bad for her in her panicked state
"Then I'll just have a water you two can get amaykanos," she said looking up at you
"It's okay I only want water," you said looking at her smiling
"Please get what you want to drink, my treat," she said trying to be nice but obviously nervous from the prices
"ok thank you, how about you guys go sit down and I'll order the drinks." you said looking at her and Daniel smiling kindly
"Y-you sure y/n?" Daniel asked looking at you
"Yeah of course I'll be there when the drinks are done," you said to them before they walked off to go sit in a booth
Although you didn't have much money you were willing to spend it on them so Daniel's mom wouldn't have to she also had come all this way
"Two americanos and a water please,"you said smiling at the barista in front of you(not Jace)
You payed for the drinks then waited for them by the register
"Thank you," you said grabbing the drinks and heading off to Daniel and little Daniel's mom
You sat down next to Daniel
"Here on me," you said handing the americanos to Daniel and little Daniel's mom "it's the least I can do seeing as you took time out of your day to come down here," you said smiling at Daniel's mom
With a little more persuasion she finally accepted the drink
"Thank you," She said smiling at you "you are so sweet I'm so glad the two of you are in Danny's life"
While you guys were talking you didn't notice the group of boys staring at the three of you
"Hey drink up," Jace said setting drinks on the table surrounded by boys "pay up hehe"
"Finally-" someone at the table said
"Hey hey.. that newbie's here," Jace said covering his mouth slightly with his hand to keep from catching your attention
"Is that really him." One guy said
"He is handsome." Another said
"Damn she's hot though," one of the guys said about you as the others nodded in agreement
"Yeah," a couple of them said in unison
"I think he's here with his friends mom and another friend," Jace said the same way as before "dibs by the way," Jace said referring to you "anyway please behave..." he said to them while looking over at Vasco "Okay, Vasco?" He said noticing how Vasco was staring at your table
"Haha you almost got into it last time." One of the guys said to Jace
"Don't fight or I'll get canned," Jace said seriously
"Hey! Who the hell ordered milk?," one of the guys said
"That's Vasco's," Jace answered the guy
Gotta keep an eye on him he's a bad guy
Vasco thought looking at Daniel
Why's she with him? must be there to keep him in line
He thought looking at you unaware that he was getting jealous
As little Daniel's mom went on and on about Daniel you couldn't help but zone out your eyes drifting towards the window
I wonder if birds stop flapping their wings when they poop while flying.. they must right.....how often do birds die mid flight that must suck you're just flying minding your own business then poof you're dead or do you just kinda stop flying and fall straight to the ground then die......huh weird
You thought staring at a fried chicken place across the street you zoned back in after Daniel's mom had asked for some boxes at the cafe
"Thanks for looking out for Daniel," she said handing big Daniel five dollars " I hope you two can be friends." She said smiling up at Daniel " please don't hit or bully Daniel, for me,"
"Yes, please don't worry," Daniel said on the verge of tears
"We will take care of Daniel please don't worry too much," you said smiling at her
"Thank you for every thing..." she said as you guys left the cafe
"Are you sure you want to go without seeing Daniel?" You two asked her as she walked in the opposite direction
"Whew don't want to wake him, just came to bring some food anyways... tell him I stopped by." She said waving " it's his birthday soon so I'll be back,"
"Okay. Travel safe" daniel and you said as she slowly disappeared from your sight
"Wow no wonder Daniel's so nice," you said looking at where she just was
"W-what?" Daniel asked looking at you
"Yeah well it makes a lot of since now his mom and him are so sweet and care about others before themselves it's really nice," you said turning to look at Daniel
She thinks I'm nice and mom likes her too s-she's perfect I can't believe she said she's my girlfriend
Daniel thought looking at you blushing
"Anyway we should get going," you said starting to walk away
Dang it I didn't even get anything to eat oh well I'll just buy some ramen from the convenience store on the way back
You thought as you two were walking you realized you forgot your backpack at the cafe
"Oh shoot I forgot my bag back there sorry," you said turning around
"It's okay do you want me to wait here for you?" Daniel asked looking at you blush still present
"Do you mind I'll run there then run back I'll be back before you can say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious," you said smiling "well not that fast but soon yeah." You said giggling then running off

"Hey... hey newbie." Vasco said causing Daniel to turn around
"I saw everything you punk, you are out of line step up." Vasco said glaring at Daniel "follow me I'm gonna mess you up."

Daniel thought following Vasco to a construction sight
"Prepare your self, leaving your jacket on? You'll regret that, you think this is a joke?" Vasco asked a shaking Daniel "today we go all the way. come here let's start." Vasco said cracking his wrist

"Daniel's not getting picked on and he's working hard at the convenience store." Daniel said to the lady

"I won't forgive you. You're dead" Vasco said getting in stance to fight Daniel "you won't be taking advantage of anyone, realize that!"
"Um....Vasco..." Daniel said just barely dodging Vasco's punch
Suddenly he swings, I thought he was nice? Why are you doing this?
Daniel thought as his nose throbbed since he just barely dodged Vasco's punch
"Um what's this about?" Daniel asked trying to understand the situation " did I do something wrong?" He asked trying to get some answers " I think there's been a mistake." He said smiling awkwardly
"Despicable bastard...don't make excuses!" Vasco yelled as he swung at Daniel who happened to dodge every one just barely
"Too bad you may have avoided Zack Lee's fist but..." Vasco said in position to swing again
"What is this about?! What have I done wrong?! I've done nothing wrong!" Daniel shouted at Vasco
He's either a good liar or...he feels no guilt Either way he's bad news
Vasco thought glaring at Daniel
"Right now- the money you got from that lady give it up," Vasco said thinking that he would give it to the convince store boy
What did he see that? He's trying to steal my money so Vasco is one of them i know now how hard mom worked for that how hard shes been working for me I can't let him take it away from me
Daniel thought now glaring at Vasco
" I will not give it up!" Daniel said yelling at Vasco
"So that's how it is" Vasco said getting angrier
Now he's showing his true colors
Vasco thought grinning thinking he caught Daniel
"No....never....no one will steal from me." Daniel says getting into the stance he saw Zack in
"You won't give something that isn't yours? Selfish bastard." Vasco said analyzing Daniel's stance "guys like you are all selfish....okay...come here" Vasco finished
Vasco and Daniel both threw a punch just as Daniel was about to land his blow he saw Vasco's fist inches away from his face, it was as if his body just took over he turned his head and delivered a back spin elbow

Ah stupid me I can't believe I left my bag behind
You said while running back as you were running you noticed someone run past you in the opposite direction

When you entered the cafe again you went straight to the booth you had sat at looking for your bag ,you looked everywhere
I could have sworn it was right here, I'll ask Jace
"Um excuse me Jace did you happen to see a backpack at the booth over there?" You said pointing to where you had been sitting
"Oh yeah here," he said handing the bag to you "wait you know my name?" He asked surprised
" yeah of course I do it's on your name tag and we are both in the architecture department," you said looking at him with an awkward smile
"Wait what do you mean? ," he said confused
"Well you work here so, you're wearing an employee name tag what do you mean 'what do you mean' stupid," you said looking at him confused mumbling the last part
"No, I meant I've never seen you in class before," he said correcting himself
"Yeah you have you just don't recognize me, I'm the kid who sits in the back with the big hoodie the one who always does their projects by them self, I just don't really talk to anyone at school that's all," you said smiling to him
"Wait t-that's you I-I never noticed, sorry," he said with a light blush
"It's okay don't worry about it, anyway have a nice night bye," you said heading to the door
"Bye,"Jace said watching you walk to the door "Wait what's your name?!" He asked before you were completely out the door
"Y/n" you said with a giggle looking back as you walked out

I feel bad that Daniel's been waiting there this whole time, maybe he went home I was taking a while
You thought as you went back to where you left Daniel however when you arrived you notice Daniel was no where in sight

you thought as you noticed an almost unconscious Vasco on the ground, you ran over to help
"Vasco what happened?" You asked as you sat down next to him
"Y/n?" He said looking up at you through slightly closed eyes
"You remember me I didn't think you would," you said with a laugh at the end blushing putting his head on your lap so you could bandage it, you carried a small first aid kit with you ever since middle school when you got badly beat up and lost a lot of blood you had always been strong just not for yourself anyway as you bandaged his head he blushed shifting his gaze away from your face
"W-what are y-you d-doing?" He asked in an almost whisper
"I'm bandaging your head, did you get hit that hard that you don't know what getting bandaged up looks like?" You asked worried he might need to go to the hospital
"N-no" He said blushing more
"There all done, I'm sorry I can't stay here with you but I have to get home and I'm sure Jace is on his way anyway so take care," you said setting his head down again he ended up passing out almost the second you stood up
Uh great I hope he's not to hurt
You thought as you walked over to his burn knuckles jacket and draped it over him like a blanket unaware that in doing so you woke him you then leaned down and kissed him on his forehead before heading home
