Elizabeth and I have kept in touch with letters every week. I have a specific system for the two of us, concerning the letters. We each send one letter, every other week. So that way, I send one letter one week, and the next, Elizabeth sends one. If feel content when we do this. I'm a nervous wreck when it falters. My anxiety is at its worse when that happens. I fear the worse. I fear that something happened to Elizabeth, or something might happen to me. I don't know why I'm this why, but I am.
But, fortunately, we've been able to keep the system going well, with no falters.
Elizabeth seems to be doing well, but she really does hate her job. I dont blame her. She's never really liked anything that had to do with demons, or hell, or any of that.
I find that kind of funny. Elizabeth and I are fully aware that heaven and hell exists, but we don't believe in God, or Satan, or any higher power for that matter. We don't even know if angels exist, but I find I likely that they do. I mean, who runs heaven if there aren't any? Demons obviously exist, and they run hell. So, I assume it works the same with heaven.
I met a strange girl yesterday. She was with Charlie. He stopped by to check in on me, even though I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself. He brought the girl with him, and all he said was that he didn't want to leave her alone. She was odd, to say the least. She looked.... Blank, but sad at the same time. She looked to be 16, and she had shoulder length wavy blonde hair, and piercing blue eyes. Her purple hoodie and denim jeans were worn out, along with her running sneakers. She had a bandage on her right cheek.
I asked what had happened, but Charlie dismissed my question. I then asked if it needed to be changed, to which he responded "Yeah, if you wouldn't mind, could you change it?" I agreed to change it for him. He said he needed to 'pick some stuff up', and didn't want Alex (the girl) to be alone.
I changed her bandage, and she quietly thanked me. I assured her that I was nice, and wouldn't hurt her or anything.
She asked me if I was human.
I asked her why, but she repeated herself. I told her I was human. I didn't want her to run away or anything, or do something bad.
She nodded, and kept to herself until Charlie got back.
Speaking of which, I dont know if you could tell, but I don't really like Charlie. He's a demon, and I don't trust demons (other than Elizabeth). He can get very aggressive, but, he does have a soft spot for humans (which I don't completely understand). I can tell he wants to be human, but I don't think even before he died, he was human. I'm pretty sure he was a witch himself, but I'll have to ask for clarification. He doesn't talk about his past. At all. It's like there's something he doesn't want to remember.
But I'll leave this here. I kinda of helps writing down all of my thoughts and feelings, as stupid as that sounds.
