I THINK I PUT RUBY INSTEAD OF KAREN AND IDK WHY BUT I CANT STOP LAUGHING SORRY!

(A/n; I am so sorry that this chapter wasn't published correctly and I tried my best to recreate it in the amount of time I had. I hope you all still enjoy it even if it isn't like my other chapters. -A~C)

Kyle's PoV
1 hour after going home from the coffee shop.
I was sprawled across my bed, mulling over everything Kenny and I had talked about.
One hour turned into several and before we knew it, Tweek had joined us and started giving his advice on the situation. I was a nervous wreck beforehand, but now having the two blonds supporting me really helped.

I had left the coffee shop with a jump in my step and quickly returned home to where I was now.

I lay sprawled on my bed, scrolling through Twitter, when I hear a faint *clink* at my window.
I jumped up and cautiously opened it. I looked down to see a tall male figure and immediately my heart started beating faster.

The feeling quickly disappeared when I realized that instead of Stan, it was Kenny. My hopeful expression was then transformed into one of confusion. Firstly, because Kenny was throwing pebbles at my window.

Secondly, because he was wearing a gray shirt with an orange hoodie tied around his waist instead of his signature parka. It was cold outside, and my fraternal instincts kicked in and I was immediately concerned for my friend.

"What the fuck, Kenny?" I asked, poking my head out for him to see.

He called back up saying, "Hold on, give me a second." He then proceeded to scale the detached garage wall all the way up to the roof. Kenny then sat down, propping his arms on his legs and giving me his signature smirk.

"Let me rephrase," I said, "What the fuck, Kenny?"

He let out a chuckle before giving me a serious look.

"I was rethinking our plan and realized that we didn't think everything through." he said giving me a funny look. I stared at him for a bit, propping my head on my hands.

"Oh, do tell, McCormick. What exactly could we add to our totally full proof plan." I said as sarcastically as I could. Kenny looked down at his feet for a brief moment, before looking past me.

"I think we need to make Stan jealous." he said. My heart immediately stopped beating.

I wanted to object to the idea, I really did, but my mouth just kept opening and closing like a fish in water. I didn't want to make Stan jealous. I just wanted to get my feelings out of the way and bury the hatchet. I just wanted to get over him.

Kenny seemed to realize my predicament and he sighed.

"Out of everyone I know, you're probably one of the least stupidest that are actually strong enough to go through with this. I believe in you and so do Tweek, Token, Clyde and Jimmy." he said.

He seemed to notice my panicked expression and cut me off before I could say something.

"As in I didn't tell them, but it's pretty clear that there's something up with you and Stan. We just want you guys to build a bridge and get over it, HK." he said, trying to sound reassuring.

"Did you just abbreviate Human Kite? I thought everyone forgot about that stupid game in fifth grade." I said, astounded that he still remembered our childhood game from around 6 years ago.

He nodded his head, saying, "I could never forget, and I still can't believe you guys decided to just drop it like that." I shook my head while reminiscing in the nostalgic memories.

Something he said clicked, and before I could stop myself I blurted out, "Wait, you mean you still pretend to be a fucking superhero?" Kenny's bright face suddenly drained to a ghostly pale color.

A news headline from a week before buzzed in the back of my head.

"Kenny, are you Myst-" I started to ask, but before I could finish, Kenny threw himself off of the garage roof and through my window, clamping his hand over my mouth. I stumbled back words, and he landed in a crouching position next to me.

"Don't you fucking dare, Broflovski." he said, voice gravely.

"Superheroes cause a fuck ton of collateral damage, and the last thing I need is someone suing my ass off or hurting Karen, so keep it the fuck to yourself or we're going to have a problem." he said quietly. I nodded my head in response, slightly shocked that Kenny McCormick was South Park's guardian angel.

He let his hand go slack and pulled himself up, lending me a hand. Once we were up and dusted ourselves off, I gave Kenny a once over.

He had a cut or two by his jaw, and a few bruises on his arms that I hoped were from criminals or his scaling of buildings.

After a minute, Kenny spoke up, saying, "I suggest you find someone that can help you make Stan jealous, or protective of you, and we need to get you dressed for the party."

I nodded my head and we both went over to my closet, pulling open the door.

"Uh, no offence Kyle, but do you have anything less... you?" Kenny asked, making a face like he wasn't trying to offend my clothing preferences.

I sighed before both shaking and lowering my head. Kenny scoffed before filing through my clothes and pulling out an orange shirt with a gray hoodie. He tossed me the clothes along with a black pair of vans and ushered me into the bathroom. I stepped into the small room and looked at my reflection for a bit. I got dressed, splashed water on my face, and combed through my 'fro'. I slipped my signature green hat on as well as my shoes and went back to my room.

Kenny was there laying on my bed, arms behind his head, and eyes closed. He looked so peaceful, like he needed the time to de-stress. I stared at him for a bit, putting my phone in my back pocket, and then crossing my arms.

When I was about to break the silence, Kenny spoke up.

"Have you decided who to hang with?" he asked quietly, barely audible.

I stared at him for a bit before replying with, "Would you mind?"

He sucked in a deep breathe before sitting up, resting on his elbows.

"Sure." he said with a wide grin. He then hopped up off of the bed and walked over to me with an extended arm.

"M'lady, would you care to dance?" he asked in a crappy British accent. I laughed and shoved his arm away.

"Like hell, I'd be the feminine one." I said happily. Kenny let out a loud laugh and slung his arm around my shoulders. We then departed, making horrible jokes and having fun.

Maybe I was starting to warm up to him a little.
