Lonesome nights Part Three

AN: (Sorry this writing kinda sucks, it's like 3am and I'm sleep deprived so... sorry not sorry. I WASN'T even gonna originally do this but I'm bored and why not. I'm gonna digress a lot, probably. So bare with me here, if you please. Ugh, this is so cringy...)

Following lance I guess, idk
Lance had just retired to his room. It wasn't that late, only around 9, 10PM Earth time.
He had been feeling extremely homesick the past few hours. And it was slowly becoming harder to hide it. Just a few months ago Lance had began to cry about his siblings Marco, Luis, and Veronica.
The former blue Paladin didn't want to bother Hunk for a hug. Though, he knew his best friend would be glad to give him one. Hell, Hunk had snuck out and given him a hug at 2AM back on Earth.

Still, Lance felt like he didn't necessarily deserve love from his friends at this time. He just wanted to curl up in his blankets and bury the feelings down. And that's what he did, for a little bit before the cold feeling of being alone seeped into his bones.

"God, this is so stupid." Lance laughed to himself, running a hand through his hair. The Paladin sighed, and hugged his pillow.
"I'm so alone." He whispered.
His dark blue eyes scanned the room, barely anything had been put up on the walls. The wires of his gaming system tangled into nightmarish figures in the dark. It was nothing like home.
Home had so much life, and he was never alone like this. Home had noise, voices, laughter as someone started a pillow fight that ended in something being broken and everyone getting scolded.
At home Lance never felt... out of place, or lonely. Here? He felt like an extra wheel.

Tears pricked his eyes as he remembered his family. Before the garrison, before Voltron, before all of this BullShit.
Lance clutched tighter to his pillow, and let his face be hidden by the feather stuffed object.

Tonight was gonna be a rough one....
