All of this morning I was in the studio working on and recording our song and now we are roaming the streets of Los Angeles searching for food before we film the music video for 'like to be you'
"What do you want?" I ask Shawn
"I don't know" he shrugged
"Canadians are so helpful" I groan
"Why don't you choose?" He asked
"Because you complain that I want the same things over and over"
"I won't this time"
"You promise?"
"I promise" he put his hand on his heart
"Okay" I paused looking around the food court "what about that cafe? I've heard it has great pasta" I smiled
"Pasta? Again?"
"You promised you wouldn't complain" I threw my hands in the air
"Alright alright, lets go" he put his arm around my shoulders and dragged me there
"Hey, I'm Alex I'm your waiter today, what can I get you?"
"Can I have the tomato basil pasta please" he nodded
"tomato? I hate tomatoes" Shawn made a disgusted look
"Well you're not the one eating it" I sassed, the waiter laughed
"What can I get you?" Alex asked Shawn
"I'll have the pizza" he nodded and walked away
"Do you know what pizza has?" I asked Shawn
"What?"
"A tomato paste" I snickered
"Fuck you" he scowled at me
"Hey! Hey! Hey!" Logan walked over to us "what do we have here? A Kenna and a Shawn"
"Hey logan" I smiled
"So what's going on here?" He asked smirking "you gonna smash"
"No!" I shouted causing people to look over "I'm still with blue eyes"
"Shawn has blue" he looked at Shawns eye "ok, no he doesn't" I shook my head
"I was referring to Daniel"
"Aha, so why are you eating lunch?" He asked
"We've been working all day" Shawn defends
"So we're grabbing lunch before we have to go on set" I continued
"On set for what?" He asked
"Our music video" I whispered in his ear
"Your music video?!" He said loudly
"You better beep or cut that out, no one is allowed to know until we release it"
"Yes mom, I will" Logan stood up
"Don't call me mom" I said
"Okay mom, I'll catch you in a bit Kenna, have fun on set you two" Logan walked away
"Here is your food" Alex looked like he was struggling
"Here let me help" Shawn stood up grabbing a plate from his hand
"Thank you Shawn"
"No worries" he flashed him a smile

"Okay, you see the two stools with two microphones in between them?" The director asked
"Yes" Shawn said
"So Kenna you sit on this one" I went and sat "Shawn grab your guitar and sit opposite her"
The helpers on stage connected the mics up
"So what's going to happen, we have the recording of you and you're are just going to sing along with it, one camera will spin around you repeatedly and the others are going to get different angles on you" we both nodded "the lighting is going to be quite dark but enough to see you" we nodded once again
"Action" he yelled, Shawn strummed his guitar
"Don't cry, or do, whatever makes you feel comfortable
I'm tired too, there's nothin' left to say
Let's call it truce, 'cause I don't really wanna go to bed like this" Shawn sang over the top of the recording

We sung the chorus once again wrapping up the set
"And that's a wrap" the director swirled his hand "that was one take and it was perfect, thank you, this should be edited for two days time"
"Thank you" I smiled and gathered my stuff
