ch. 8

few months later ~ (a/n: don't hate me for this chapter)
"Blue no..can you move that towards the middle?"I asked as he struggled to scoot the bassinet for the baby, "Carmen can you make your mind? First you wanted it near the door and now the middle, I ain't gon be doing this all morning"He complained.

"Cause I want it be perfect for them.."I said rolling my eyes as I rubbed my belly, "Stop stressing everything will be alright.."He said coming over pecking my lips, "I don't think I can handle two kids.."I mumbled into his chest.

"Carmen baby..what I just say? Stop with that stressing shit, everything will work out"He said and I huffed deciding to just drop the conversation, I waddled over to the kitchen. As I was getting ready to have some cereal since I was to lazy to make anything I heard a phone start to ring and saw Blue go off somewhere to answer his phone causing me to roll my eyes.

Ever since we came from his mothers which was months ago, Blue has been all into his work to the point I hardly got to see him anymore and it kinda would piss me off but I wouldn't really say anything.

As Blue stood away from Carmen, in the dining room while he spoke to the ring lady that he was going to get his engagement ring for Carmen from, "Yes I want the ring carot gold..if it's not gold I don't want it, it has to be perfect"I spoke into the phone.

"Okay I'll be sending you a picture of it..and you can come down to the shop and buy it if you like it"She spoke "Okay thank you Leslie.."I said hanging up and placed my phone back into my pocket and walked into the kitchen where Carmen was eating cereal causing me to chuckle. "You ain't wanna cook nothing?"I asked and she shook her head "Nope"She said popping the p "Figures.."I mumbled.

"Oh shut up..it's not my fault you don't know how to cook"Carmen muttered, "That's because I'm not a woman..it's y'all job to cook and shit"I said shrugging and she gasped "You know that's sexist as hell right?"She said and I chuckled "How is that sexist? I'm just being real.."I said "So you think I should just stay at home all day barefoot and pregnant with no job and just cook all day for you?"She asked.

"Well yeah..that's how it supposed to go"I said and she scoffed, "Your unbelievable"She said getting up from the table and went into our bedroom slamming the door, "The hell I say?"I said really confused, "Carmen! You really mad at me over this dumb ass conversation?!"I yelled outside the bedroom.

"Leave me alone Blue!"She yelled back, and I rolled my eyes and decided to just give her some time alone. I walked out the house and got into my car and speed going anywhere but home.

Carmen sat up in the bed confused as silence fell upon the house, she got up and opened the door looking out seeing no sign of Blue. She walked out and looked around the house with no sign of Blue and she frowned. She grabbed her phone and dialed Tatiana's number.

"H-Hello"Tatiana answered sounding like she was out of breath, "Girl with you at?"I asked with an raised eyebrow "Nipseys girl where else?"She said before giggling, "If you don't hang up that phone.."Carmen heard Nipsey mumble, "I gotta go girl..I'm finna get me some dick! Byeeeee"Tatiana said hanging up.

Damn, Carmen thought to herself here she was alone after getting into this big whole debate with her boyfriend and he just decided to up and leave without even telling her. Carmen waddled over to the living room and plopped down in the couch and pulled out her phone dialing Blue's number and when she called she got sent to voice mail.

She grew more angry when she realized she couldn't get through to her boyfriend and threw her phone across the living room watching it shatter in pieces. She then felt a kick in her stomach, she looked down and smiled. That was probably the baby telling her to stop stressing she thought to herself.
