"Hello I am Mami Tomoe".

We just stare at her as she walks closer to us. Her pigtails gently blow in the wind as she comes closer.

"Please forgive for eavesdropping but I overheard your question".

"Huh question"?

"The one about if you were willing to sacrifice your life for a wish".

"Oh that one you overheard" my face started to turn red hearing this.

"Yes I did and I would want to ask you, would you put your life at risk for a wish"?

My heart had stopped. Just like in my dreams I could hear that voice replay itself in my head. Now I have a chance to answer the question I have been waiting to answer. Before I could speak I felt to hands grab my arms.

"Sorry but we must head back to class, very sorry" Shinju said as they both tugged on my arms.

"Yeah sorry".

"No it's fine, but please do think about that question nice and hard now" she says in a sweet motherly voice.

As we walk past her, her eyes and mine meet for a second. We left and she was still smiling as we left her sight.

"So what do you think Ms. Akemi is she the one"?

"She has to be the one I'm sure of it".

Homura comes out from the shadows and approaches Mami. The two girls stare into each other's eyes. Mami's were calm while Homura's were serious.

"What about her little friends"?

"They are no problem as long as we get Yume to become a magical girl".

"Hmm" Mami place her right pointer finger on her cheek.

"What is it"?

"Why do you what this Yume girl to be a magical girl so bad Ms. Akemi do you have feelings for her or something"?

"Don't go assuming it's not like that".

"Then what is it"?

"This girl just reminds me of someone I used to know very well that's all".

"So you do have feelings for her".

Homura turned around and started to head back but stopped before going down the stairs.

"Think what you like just make sure she gets turned into a magical girl".

With that she left back to class.

"Yume Takamori what is so special about you"?

" First days finally good, I'm so tired" I laid my tired head on my desk.

The first day was really hard I'm so glad it's over. All of a sudden two shadows appeared over me. I lifted my head up, there Etsuko and Shinju were standing there.

"Hey what's up guys" I asked as I yawned.

"Well we were just thinking maybe we should all hang out somewhere".

Etsuko throws her arm over Shinju's shoulder. Shinju stumbles a little bit trying to keep her balance.

"Yeah to celebrate a new year, and new friends".

A celebration with friends. We would be hanging out like real friends do.

"You don't have to if you don't want to".
