D.O- High School Crush

D.O. was in class sitting in the back with his friends while watching you from the front talking to your friends. He rested his head on his palm staring at you smile and laugh at what every your friends said. D.O. was so focused that he didn't notice his friends looking at him then looked towards the direction that he was staring until they finally realizing what was happening.

"Dude what you staring at man" Chen said teasingly while Sehun was nudging his arm.

"So you like Y/n huh" Chanyeol said making D.O turn his direction to his friends widening his eyes.

"W-what n-no I-i d-don't!"

"Uh huh that's not what your eyes were telling me you were basically eye raping her" Chanyeol rolled his eyes.

"I was not I was just admiring beauty" D.O said trying to defend himself.

"Well if you like her you better hurry because it looks like Kris is trying to make the first move" Chaneyol said grabbing all of D.O's attention then looked at Y/n who was currently talking Kris.

"I cant ask her look at me and Kris he is so much better then i am like he is the captain of the football and basketball team in school and I'm a shy neat freak. Oh and don't forget Y/N is a Cheerleader! Like nerds and cheerleader don't ever go together only cheerleaders and jocks go well together!" D.O examined.

"But you are cute nerd not one of those gamer nerds who only care about how many hearts they have left in the game" Sehun said trying to make his friend calm down a bit but only making it worse.

"But what if she doesn't like a neat freak!" D.O half yelling at his friends making his friends groan but quickly stop noticing you making your way to D.O except D.O didn't notice you kept ranting about how he you are not meant to be. While D.O was ranting the guys were trying to make D.O stop talking before you got over to where they were at but D.O was not paying attention to what his friends said.

"Heys guys what are you'll talking about?" You smiled making D.O shut up realizing that you were right next to him making him nervous.

"O-oh um n-nothing r-really" D.O nervously said as he was scratching the back of his neck.

"You'll excited for the Homecoming dance tonight!" you excitedly said while trying to hint a specific person in general.

"Yeah we are all going I think" Chen smiled then nudged D.O to start talking.

"S-so a-are y-you going w-with anyone?" D.O stuttered which made you smile at how cute he was being acting all shy.

"No not yet but I have someone that I have in mind though" You smiled while looking at D.O.

"What is he like" Chanyeol said trying to see if it could possibly D.O.

"Well he is  cute, shy, dorky, and a bit of a nerd which I think is absolutely adorable" 

"He sound likes a good guy" Chen said trying hold his big grin that is about to pop up because he knew that all of that was for D.O.

"Yeah he is! Well I have to go cheer practice is about to start see tonight!" you smiled while walking away to go to the locker room to change in your cheer leader outfit.

 Meanwhile with D.O 

"D.O she was talking about you, she wants you to ask her to the homecoming dance" Chen said trying to give D.O hope to ask her out to the dance.

"I can't its already to late to ask her homecoming is tonight" D.O frowned which made his friends frowned at his lack of hope to ask his crush from 8th grade out.

"Come on hyung you have to try y/n has been your crush since what 8th grade, you have to try at least to ask her homecoming" Sehun said trying to encourage his friend.

"Fine, I guess I'll have to try"

"Dude you have to ask her now because Kris is back" Chanyeol said while looking at the captain of the basketball team.

"Okay okay I'm gonna go" D.O said as he was getting up and making his way over to his crush.

While walking across the class room D.O was trying to figure out how to ask Y/N to the homecoming dance. Finally D.O was in front of his crush and gathering all of his confidence to finally on asking her to the dance.

"U-um Y-Y/N I-I was w-wondering I-If you wanna m-maybe go t-to the d-dance t-together"

"Sure I would love to go with you"

"R-really awesome, then I-I will pick you up later tonight"D.O said finally getting to ask his crush.

AUTHOR POV

At the dance it was an amazing night for the young couple . Also that night the young finally got to ask his crush to become his girlfriend, they had also had their first kiss together as a couple.
