Chapter 1

'Happiest birthday bestie!!' Katherine exclaimed.
'Thanks Kat!!' I said excitedly.

Let me introduce Kat. Her full name is Katherine Davis. She is my best friend and I'm always free to share my secrets with her. Her father is an IPS officer and her mother is a teacher.

'Kat listen, Shein is calling me again and again. I'll have to pick up her call or she's gonna kill me. I'll talk to you later. Good night!!' I said smiling.
'Oh. Okay then. Good night!!' With that she hung the phone.

'Hello,' I said after picking up Shein's call.
'Happy birthday!!!' She yelled so loudly in the phone that I jumped with pain.
'Thanks,' I said after calming a bit and rubbing my ears.
'With whom were you busy talking? I've been trying your number from 15 minutes!!' She screamed again.
'First of all, stop yelling so loudly in my ears. You're screaming like hell!!' I told her.
'Okay. Okay. I'm sorry, but leave it, tell me with whom were you talking. Was it Kat?' She asked.
'Yeah. She called me half an hour ago. She told me she'll keep talking till 12 am,'
'Ohh, I see, '
'Yeah, now hang the phone because Alisha is calling continuously, ' I said.
'Ohh. Okay. Good night. Meet you tomorrow, '
Meet you. Bye!! '

I hung up the call.

Alisha called me once again and this time I picked up her call. She was very angry. She even forgot to wish me.

'With whom were you babbling. I've been trying your phone like crazy!!!' She said angrily.
'Hey!! I was not babbling. Shein was just wishing me!!' I said defensively.
'Whatever. Oh yeah, I forgot. Happy birthday Rosh!!'
'Thank you!!'
'So, Kat must have called you much earlier, right?'
'Yeah, she called me before Shein, ' I told her
'Ohh. Listen, I'm very tired now. I'll talk to you tomorrow. Just because of you I had to be awake till this late at night. At least let me sleep now!!'

'That's mean!!'

Alisha laughed at this.

'I know. Now bye. Sleep and let others sleep. Good night!!'
'Good night!!' I said in a sing song voice and she hung the phone.

So guys!! These were my other two besties. Shein's full name is Shein Nott and Alisha's name Alisha Boe. Shein's mother is a fashion designer, so its always a help from her to walk with trend. Her father is an actor. Alisha's father is a business man and her mother is a housewife.

But guys, I'm so excited right now. Today is my birthday!! I've been looking forward for my birthday since months. I'm 18 years old now!!! I got a new phone from my mom and a very cool pair of Adidas shoes and a brilliant set of 50 books from my dad. Everyone knows that I'm a bookworm.

I began checking messages from my new phone. There were many "Happy Birthday" messages to which I replied but there were two messages which were very special. They were from Paul and Blake. My best buddies. I replied them and then snuggled in my cozy bed because I had to wake up early.
