Chapter 10

I woke up and got ready. I quickly took a cab and reached to Blake's. I just hope he understands. I rang the bell. His father opened the door. His mother died a year ago because of lung cancer. She fought very bravely but at last the time came. I had comforted Blake that time because he was unable to get over the tragedy.

'Good morning, uncle! 'I said smiling.
'Rosh!! Morning.. You here?! Come in,' he said and led me in.
'Join us for the breakfast. Blake is just  coming, '
'I guess I came a bit early, '
'Obviously not. You're just on time. And its your home. You can come whenever you wish, ' He said smiling.
'That's really sweet of you uncle!!.... Well, I heard about Blake's mom. I'm sorry about that, '
'Yeah.. But it was destined. No one can change the life and death cycle, 'he sighed.
'True! '
'So, when did you come back? '
'Just a week ago, 'I said smiling.

'Rosh!!!' I heard a voice and I knew who it was.

'Blake!!'

I ran towards him. He lifted me and whirled me around.I hugged him.

'When did you come?! '
'Just a week ago, '
'And you're coming to meet me now! '
'Sorry, buddy. Was a little buzy in packing and stuff. But now, I'm here!! 'I said grinning.
'No problem. So,how are you? Fine?! '
'Yes!! And you?! '
'Fine as always, ' he said and we sat down.
'So, I'll excuse you guys!! You must have plenty of things to talk about,   since you are meeting after so long. Bye guys! 'He said and got up.
'Goodbye! 'We said.

As soon as he was gone, I turned to Blake.
'I have something to talk to you about,' I said.
'Okay. What is it? '
'Paul. Its about Paul. Why are you and Paul not speaking to each other? 'I asked. 'He was your best friend!! '

'Oh please!! He was never my best friend. If he would have, he would've never been jealous of my success! '

'I know he was jealous but now, he has realized his mistake and is ready to apologize. He says he was wrong and selfish, '
I took out my phone and called Paul.  Please pick up the phone. Please!!

'Hello? '
'Hi, I'm with Blake. Would you like to say something?! 'I said and he understood the hint. I gave Blake the phone.
They apologized and now everything was fine between the two. After they finally hung up, I asked Blake.
'Why did you break contact with Alisha and Shein?'
'I'm still in contact with Kat. I was angry with Alisha because she didn't give Paul a job. I was worried for Paul even if we fought, 'He said.
'And Shein? Why her?! She didn't do anything! '
'It's what you think. But the truth is, she did an evil thing!! 'He said with clenched teeth.
