Selfish thoughts filled my mind
Dangerous thoughts I tried to hide
A different me I find
To no one I confide
It doesn't matter, I don't matter
They don't seem to notice, that's fine
I prefer it that way, it's better
Those thoughts stays mine
It's for the best, they shouldn't know
As it gets darker and darker
I don't care, I rather not show
Sometimes it's not bad, it gets brighter
It's fine, I'm fine, I swear
