The giddiness I felt every encounter
A brighter day after short talks
Smile painted on my face throughout the day
A simple boost of motivation
I never thought I'll see a light after that misery
But hearing you laugh and seeing your childlike grins
Makes things a little better
The rainbow after the storm
Admiration from afar
A good friend when your near
You won't be mine
And that's fine
But I hope it'll be alright
For you to become my temporary happiness
That type of happiness I never thought I needed
