(Garden, Fall's POV)
"No way am I letting you take Winter."
Then I notice that Winter hasn't moved this whole time.
"Winter? What are you waiting for help me get this guy out of here, he's trying to take you."
"Wha- huh? Oh sorry, right." She gets into a fighting stance. Then Damien gives her a smirk and she hesitates. What is happening? Did something actually affect her when she got hypnotized? Damien interrupts my train of thought by going up to Winter And whispering something in her ear and she goes limp.
"Winter! What did you do to her?"
"Nothing, just completing the process."
"What process?"
"You don't know? The more she used her powers the more she fell under my control."
Then he snaps his fingers and Winter wakes up. She has a dazed look in her eyes but when she sees me her face changes into a look of pure hatred.
"Winter?"
I reach out to touch her and she pulls away.
"Don't touch me."
"But I'm your sister."
"Not anymore. Hey Damien, let's go."
Damien gives me a victorious smile.
"Sure thing Winter."
And they left. Leaving me in a mess of tears.
