*Back to Jayanti's PoV*
I keep looking over at David, I really don't trust him but hopefully my lack of trust issues will be wrong.
"Hi Jay" Myles walked up to me,"Don't worry about Dave, I'm sure he won't betray us" He smiled.
"Yeah I hope you're right" I replied and slid my back down the tree and sat down with my knees up to my chin. Myles copied me and was soon sitting beside me.
"You need anything to eat?" He asked, I shook my head.
"I'm tired", I bluntly said. Myles looked over at me,"You can get some rest if you want, no ones stopping you" He smiled.
"Okee" I replied and let my head fall back to rest it on the tree and wrapped my arms round my legs.
"If anything bad happens, I'll wake you up"

What's my purpose here?
*Back to Jayanti's PoV*
I woke up peacefully, for once, and looked round. It was still light but it seems a lot cooler so it must be almost nearing night.
"Had a good sleep Jay?" I heard Myles say beside me. I whipped my head facing him and smiled with a nod. That little nap has made me feel a lot better.
"That's good" He said.
"Have you been here all this time?" I asked spreading my legs out to stretch them.
"Uh, Yeah just to make sure nothing tried hurting you" He replied.
"Ah okay, thanks" I replied, blushing slightly at his kind gesture. I got up from leaning against the tree only to realise my back had stiffened up so I crippled over,"Ow..."
"You alright there?" Myles asked getting up wrapping his arm round my shoulders, I nodded, feeling the pain subside and stretched.
"My back went stiff, it's okee now" I said, he nodded and smiled. Then proceeded to pull me into a proper hug, I was blushing, completely unaware that Myles was going to hug me.
"Uhhh...", I croaked, Myles showing no signs of letting go of me so I just wrapped my arms round him," Myles you okay?"
I felt him nod through the hug but he only snuggled further in to me. My blush was going off the scales,"You're warm, I was cold so I wanted a hug"
