...

I woke up in a cold sweat, tangled in cotton sheets that wrapped themselves around my limbs and torso.

My back and ached already from sleeping on a fold out bed, the thin mattress offering close to no support.

Adri, Julie and I had been greeted by the traitors last night and were then shown where we were all staying.

It was a small place, a simple house.

I think it was someone's aunts who had gone on holidays or something like that. they had no more bed so we slept on camping beds, not very comfortable. I guess they weren't expecting guests.

I squinted as sunlight pooled in through the dingy curtains and illuminated the room.

I sighed while I wiggled my way out of the tangled of sheets and flung my legs over the side of the makeshift bed, forcing the rest of my body to follow.

I rubbed my eyes and blinked to adjust to the light as I stood up.

The room was cluttered and empty.

Adri and Julie's things were scattered by their makeshift beds but they themselves appeared to have left the room.

I could faintly hear chatter outside the room but decided I best take a shower and change before going out. I walked lazily to the adorning bathroom that was connected to this room and turned on the light, not bothering to look at my reflection in the mirror.

I stripped and turned the faucets of the shower on and quickly stepped under the jet stream of water, blasting it so each droplet thumped against my skin.

The droplets started to evaporate on contact with my skin as I thought about yesterday's events.

I quickly washed my hair and turned the shower off before stepping out and getting ready for the day.

When I walked into the lounge room and open kitchen I was greeted with an odd sight.

Traitors making breakfast.

Gabe was whisking a bowl of what appeared to be pancake mix rather frantically, his brown hair hanging over his equally brown eyes and shaking at his rapid movements. I was surprised his lanky arms could go so fast.

I then turned my gaze to Julie who was finishing off a cup of coffee at the table next to Adri, still looking half asleep as she downed the caffeine.

Elsa aka Elisabeth sat at the table opposite Ass aka Aslynn, they were chatting.

Ass was leaning back in her chair and sipping on a glass of juice while twirling a piece of blonde hair between her fingers.

I heard Elsa say something about finding a new place to stay and setting up a base.

Gods yes, I can't sleep on that bed again.

"Breakfast is ready bitches, you better eat it." I heard Gabe chime as he placed a plate of steaming pancakes onto the table with a smile.

That son of a bitch was a morning person. Rising with the sun type, son of Apollo and all.

I took a seat on the other side of Julie and arched an eyebrow as she took a sip from another cup of coffee.

"How many of those have you had?" I asked with a faint grin.

she turned to me with a smile and sipped happily on the steaming liquid.
