After a lot of laughter and sang songs together they arrived at their destination.

"Thanks for the ride Tae, you're the best!" Jimin said and the rest agreed with him as they exited the car.

"Yah it's fine guys, it's not a big deal," he answered as he shrugged and gave them all a smile.

They approached the building and stood in the queue for a few minutes before they were let in.

"Woah!" they all exclaimed mesmerised as the club appeared big and fancy before their eyes.

"This place looks sick!" Jungkook said excitedly.

"I see the school really outdone themselves this year for us, it looks incredible in here." Taehyung added as they were making their way towards the centre, the music getting louder with each step they took. After a little while of admiring the place, they all headed straight for the bar.

"I don't think this is a good idea" Taehyung said worriedly.

"Come on, it will be fun!" Lisa reassured him.

"Yeah don't be so stiff Taehyungie, you gotta make the most of tonight. Show off those skills of yours!" Jimin exclaimed happily as he pulled him towards the stage after they've had a few drinks.

Jungkook just stood there thinking if he should push him to do it or not.

"I-I don't like being in the centre of attention though, what if I mess up?" Taehyung stood there frozen as he looked at all the people that started forming around them.

"There's nothing to worry about Tae, you have a great voice and I know everyone will love it." Jungkook finally spoke up comforting his friend.

"Alright, but you're doing it with me." Taehyung said and pulled the younger beside him onto the stage making him stumble at the sudden action.

This made them bump into each other and nearly fall backwards, in the end Taehyung managed to catch his balance and Jungkook in his arms. This made both males pull away quickly and laugh awkwardly as their faces turned slightly red. Luckily it was pretty dark so none of them have noticed.

Jungkook scratched his head in embarrassment. After a few seconds, which felt like minutes to them, he finally spoke up breaking the awkward silence.

"Fine I will sing with you," he assured confidently.

Taehyung widened his eyes jumping up and down radiating with happiness.

"Really? Thank you, thank y-" before he could finish Jungkook cut him off quickly.

"On one condition.." he smirked.

Taehyung's smile faded, "What?"

"I-I.." Jungkook was about to say something as he was slowly leaning towards Taehyung's face before instantly regretting doing so as he realised it was the alcohol's fault kicking in and making him not think properly.

Taehyung just looked deeply into his eyes and Jungkook swore it felt like as if he was slowly leaning in too for a split second, but he shook off the thought, repeating in his head that it's just the alcohol. He quickly moved away straightening his back awkwardly.

"U-um I mean.. Eh, as long as you let me pick the song. Y-yeah, that's it." Jungkook laughed awkwardly scratching the back of his head. He mentally facepalmed himself for his stupidity and felt his face heat up once again after stuttering.

What is wrong with you today Jungkook? You're never embarrassed around others, especially not Taehyung. He's your best friend for god's sake.. He thought

"Oh.." Taehyung said as he furrowed his eyebrows in confusion. "Y-yeah sure I don't mind what we sing, as long as I don't have to do it alone it's fine," he added quickly. He knew that's not what the younger wanted to tell him because of the awkwardness it caused.

Taehyung could usually hide his feelings very easily, but this time he wasn't able to as tension literally ate him from the inside. He tried his best to just to ignore it for now and gave the younger a smile.

After a few minutes of preparation, the two boys were ready for their performance.

Taehyung was really stressed and didn't know what to do with his hands as they were shaking uncontrollably.

When Jungkook noticed that, he immediately grabbed his hand intertwining their fingers together taking the older by surprise.

He gave him a reassuring smile as they got their mics ready not letting go of each other's hands. Taehyung's cheeks turned bright red as he took a quick glance at their hands with a small smile.

"Alright everyone, gather round!" Jungkook spoke through the mic confidently. " I'm Jeon Jungkook and today I wanted to sing a song I've composed myself, with a little help of my best friend right beside me Kim Taehyung." He gave him a smile and instantly received one back making his heart warm up at the sight.

The crowd cheered them on with Jimin and Lisa in the very front. They jumped up and down excitedly capturing every moment with their phones.
