"I knew it!"
Jungkook's mother stood at the bottom of the stairs, arms crossed. She has just found Taehyung and Jungkook in the living room, making out on the couch.
"Oh m-mom.. It's n-not what it looks like-" Jungkook tried explaining.
"Y-yeah we were just um- he had something on his lips so I tried to rub it off.. with my lips?" Taehyung looked confused with his own words.
"Yeah, thanks for the help, b-bro.." Jungkook gave him a look.
They fist bumped awkwardly and Jungkook's mother bursted out laughing.
They looked at each other in confusion. She shook her head as she sat in front of them on a seperate couch.
"So how long?" She crossed her arms, a small smile displayed on her lips.
"How long what?"
"Don't play dumb with me Jungkook. How long have you guys been together for?"
"Um.. l-like a month."
"Are you kidding me? A whole month! And you haven't told me?" She scoffed. "I though I told you that you can trust me with anything."
Jungkook widened his eyes. "Wait, what? You're not mad that I like boys?"
His mother smiled softly. "Of course not baby, love is a very beautiful and unique thing, you can love in many different ways. It doesn't matter if it's with a boy or a girl, love is love and that's all that should matter."
"Wow, I wish my parents were this understanding." Taehyung mumbled.
"Are you planning on telling them? I know they can be a little stuck up sometimes, I've known them for years. But I still think you shouldn't be hiding this from them." Jungkook's mother explained as she furrowed her eyebrows.
"I want to, I really do. But I've seen the way my father talks about homosexuality and I don't want to be hated by him. I know how much he values his title and wouldn't bear it if he found out. I wouldn't be surprised if he kicked me out."
Jungkook intertwined his fingers with the other, giving him a reassuring smile. "It's going to be okay, you have us. If you ever need anything, just know that we're here to help."
Jungkook's mother "awed" at the sight in front of her. "You guys are so cute, I knew you would be perfect for each other."
Both of them blushed. They shared a fond look, and you could see the love they had for each other in their eyes.
