Making up with Mom

Geni's POV

   I wake up in the morning and check my phone Evan had texted me.

     Hey had a fun time last night want to see you today can I come over?
    I texted back

     I don't know Mom's mad at me found hickey on my neck found my thong got to ask.

    I run down stairs to ask my mom and find her sitting at the kitchen table. "Mommy I know you're mad at me ,but Evan asked if he could come over, and I really would like him to come, we'd stay in the living room," I explain. "Honey I'm not mad at you I am disappointed that you missed your curfew, he can come over if you stay in the living room." she says. " Thanks mommy," I exclaim, hugging her.  I run upstairs and text Evan back.

   You can come, got to stay in the living room.

I get a text back

   Cool, see you soon.

I squeal in excitement and get dressed in black leggings and a graphic t-shirt with the Ravenclaw house crest.

Evan's POV

I'm nervous when I knock on the door to Geni's house. She opens the door and I see she dressed modestly and I wonder if it is because of her mom, but I don't care I'm just happy to see her. I pull her in a hug careful not to let my hands wander. "Hey I missed you," I whisper in her ear. "I missed you too," she says pulling away from the hug. I see  her mom and say, "Hey Mrs. Mueller I'm sorry about bringing Geni home late last night,"  " It's OK Evan I just hope it doesn't happen again,"she says, taking my hand for a shake. I say "Geni is a nice girl I promise I won't take advantage of her," She replies," I hope you don't." Then Geni sits down on the couch and I sit down beside her. She grabs the t.v remote and asks, " I heard there was a Harry Potter marathon on Abc, do you want to watch?" "I love Harry Potter!!" I exclaim. So we watch Harry Potter hand in hand with her head rested on my shoulder. Soon her mom was sitting beside her watching with us and I guess that means her mom and I had made up.
