Geni's POV
When the bell rings telling us that school is over I meet up with Penelope at her locker.
" Hey girl, need a ride to the studio ?" she asks, putting textbooks in her locker. "Yeah I do, I getting a ride home so I don't need you to stay." I say.
" Who's picking you up? "she asks.
"Oh, my boyfriend ,Evan, he goes to Blackhawk." I say.
Penelope looks shocked. "You have a boyfriend?, and he's a Blackhawk?"
"Yeah I met him at the big game and he asked me out. " I say getting in Penelope's car. The rest of the ride in the car was quiet and I felt like Penelope didn't approve of me dating Evan. Since when has she cared about our school's rivalry?
She drops me off at my studio a drives away without another word. I go to the studio dressing room and get changed in my tights and leotard. I sit on the bench and wrap my toes in gauze and then toe pads and put my pointe shoes on wrapping the ribbons around my ankles.
I couldn't think of a good title for this chapter so if you can think of a good one I would love to know about it.
