Casey POV

"Squad 3, Truck 81, ambo crash." The bells went off as I was laying down in my office. I shoot up and run down to the common room. Severide looks up at me as I sprint and raises his eyebrows with question.

"Do you think it's ambo 61?" He asks standing up as we run to the trucks. I pulled out my phone and dialed Gabby, but it went straight to voicemail.

"Either it's them, or they are with a patient." I said and Kelly nodded. I pulled away to get into my gear, and Kelly did the same. As we were on our way, I felt something off. As soon as we pulled up to the crash my feeling was confirmed.

"That's the ambo." Otis says pulling the truck up to the side of the road. Before the truck even came to a complete stop I opened the door and jumped out. The ambo was on its side, with the back doors open and the gurney laying in the road.

"Gabby! Brett!" I yelled and I heard the rest of the company jump out of the truck. Squad pulled up behind truck and I saw Kelly hop out and run towards me.

"Kidd, climb on top of the ambo, see if anyone inside is conscious. Herman, Mouch, Otis, go make sure the engines aren't on fire." Kelly yelled, Matt was thankful, he couldn't keep a clear head, not with Gabby still inside the ambo.

"Matt, Brett and Gabby are both awake." Stella yelled and I hopped onto the ambo and looked in the window. Gabby has a cut on her head and Brett was holding her ribs. But other than that they both looked intact.

"Alright, Brett you first, I'm going to lift you out." I say and she nods. I desperately wanted to get Gabby out, but I knew better than playing favorites. One of us would have to leave the house.

"Matt I got Gabby." Stella said from her place across from me. I picked up Brett and passed her down to Kelly who was waiting. Stella reaches in the ambo for Gabby and I see their hands connect. I hop down ready to grab Gabby and bring her to the second ambo.

"Matt I'm fine." Gabby said after Stella lifted her out. She didn't look fine, the gash on her head was deep, and blood was running down her face. She looked worse then she did in the hospital explosion.

"You should still get checked out, just to please Boden." I said as Stella passed her into my arms.

"Fine, but I'm telling you nothing is wrong." She said as I placed her on her feet. She was a little shaky at first, but then she was fine.

I let out a breath I had been holding in since we got the call.
