Luna's POV
I never knew hands could be so sexy.
I swear when I shook his hand, I got chills. I wish I was still holding them.
My desperate attempt to keep hanging out with this curious man and his adorable dog, Mouse
had led us to my favorite café, THE MILL, in San Francisco, I shook with anticipation. Nothing beats food, especially theirs.
I don't know why, but as soon as I met Aj, I wanted to trust him. Maybe I was just deceived by the shaggy hair, devious smile and terrifyingly delicious body.
But how can I trust him, or get to know him, if I cannot tell him my own secrets? It would be a friendship with a foundation of lies. What if it wasn't a friendship... more like a one night stand?
That way, I get to test those sexy hands and won't feel bad for not opening up to him.
"Well, I will be opening up to him, just not verbally..." I thought to myself snickering slightly.
My giggling caught Aj's eyes and he turned to me with a wide smile and curious eyes. handsome blue eyes. However, the moment fleeted when he turned his head and opened the door. If not for the gesture, I would've ran right into the door - probably not even noticing. His eyes were just so enchanting.
I gave a little nod as a thank you and walked into the café.
Ahhhh. I breathed in the smell of coffee beans and freshly baked toast. This is what joy is. I instantly got into line, knowing how long it could get. Aj quickly followed behind.
Looking up at the big chalkboard menu, the nutella delight toast caught my attention. I turned to the hot man I ran into today, " so whatcha going to order, cowboy?"
He chuckled. "cowboy, huh? what gave off the impression?"
"Grew up on a farm. Cowboys are my kryptonite and you seem like you might be a new addition to my weaknesses unfortunately."
