"O.k Mr. White give it to me straight" asked Rayna to her manager. "The sells are down, the singles of your new album charted, and telling him to go kiss your ass pretty much guarantees there will be no more support for your record" he told her. "Alright, wheres the good news?" she asked. "Wheres the big idea?" she added. "Okay so I saw these two kids singing at the Bluebird the other night" he started talking about Scarlett and Gunnar. "I haven't seen that kind of chemistry since you and Deacon in the beginning. So I am thinking maybe you should go back to why you love doing this to begin with. You and Deacon should go out on the road together. Just the two of you" he told her. "No...That's a crazy idea" she responded.  "Not really. If you can't offered a tour and you are head set on opening for Juliette Barns" Mr. White started. "Yes I am" responded Rayna. "Then this is a great solution. Instead of half filled arrinas, you book smaller vanues. Now you will have a sold out tour which will actually make you millions" he explain. "And you get to do something intimate, personal, music you actually care about again. Remember those love songs you guys used to write?" 

"That's because we were in love" responded Rayna. "That's a long time ago, it's not like we could be like that now. Imagine what Deacon would think of the idea." Then Deacon walked in. "You beat me" he said walking towards the table. "Speak of the devil" said Rayna. "Sorry I'm late, Traffic" he explain pulling up a seat to sit down. When he sat down he asked "What did I missed?"

"You and Deacon on tour again, sleeping on the same tour bus. That's the idea?" asked Teddy. "Well you know. We were on tour together for years" she responded putting lotion on her arms. "Yeah, when you were dating" he responded. "Obviously that part will be different" she responded. "Come on babe, this is really important to me. I need this." "I'm just saying I am not comfortable" he responded. "I didn't think it is about being comfortable. I wasn't comfortable when you decided to run for mayor" she told him. "What happen when daddy stab Calmon in the back? At least I am coming to you to talk about it before I make my decision." "Baby, I am up to my eye balls. I got a debate with Colman to prepared for, There's a meet the candidate cocktale party  on Wednesday that I am hoping you will come with me, and there is this volubility studies that they want us to prepare for" he told her. 

"What's that?" she asked. "They want to look for anything past or present that Colman can use to hurt the campaign" he explain. "You know I spent my whole career making sure my personal life private" she responded. "Look, kit is standard percidure" he explained. "All candidates go through it, it's not big of a..." "I am not a candidate" she said cutting him off. "It's important to me" he told her. "Can that be enough?" "You think" she responded before she lay down and shut off the lights and go to bed.

"Sorry excuse me" said Scarlett holding a tray of drinks. "That was quit a performance the other night" said Mr. White. "Thank you so much" responded Scarlett giving him and Gunnar a drink. "You were like naturals up that stage. That song was something else" he continued. "It means a lot coming from you Mr. White" said Gunnar."How long have you been together?" Mr. White asked. "No" laughed Scarlett. "We are just friends" explained Gunnar. "Well I mean how long have you been writing together?" he asked them. "Just that one time. My boyfriend writes. I am not a song writer"Scarlett said nervously.  "You're not a song write, you will do until another one comes along" he told her. "Thank you" she responded. "I make a deal you do three songs together I'll cut the demo for you myself" he told them. "Hows that?" They looked at each other and then looked back couldn't believe the deal he made. "That would be amazing Mr. White" responded Gunnar so grateful."So sorry but I have to get these out" said Scarlett excusing herself. "I don't know where you are going but you will get there a whole Hell a lot faster with that girl" responded Mr. White to Gunnar.
