                                              Time skip 4 days 
Kara was now close to full recovery. After much arguing both Mon-el and Alex let Kara go back to her crime fighting.

"It feels so great to go back out fighting crime," she said while flying through National City
"Kara bank robbery on Smith Ave.," Winn said into the com. "Got it," She flew to the scene and easily took out the robbers. Kara made her way back to the DEO. 
"Anymore crimes Winn?" 
"Nope you dealt with them all for today," he told her.
"Alright" she used her super speed to change back into her regular clothes. Mon-el came out of the training room and hugged Kara,"I'm glad to see you are back in one piece," he smiled. "Mon-el it's not like I went out to go  fight some crazy mutant alien," she giggled.  "I know,"
