17. dangerous games
you don't want to
play by her rules
but you fear death
far too much
to go against her
and fight it out.
your level of anxiety
is growing larger
and larger
as she comes
closer
and closer.
you want to back up
as fast as you possibly can
but you learned,
what feels like
a very long time ago,
you can't outrun death,
especially when she
is already
so close
to taking you away.
