Frodo pov
The sun shined into the room, waking me up. I got up and got dressed. I then headed to the kitchen. I started to make breakfast. While it cooked i went to the living area. I stopped when I saw Ek laying on the couch still asleep.
I then remember that she came last night and she must have fallen asleep. I smiled and went to the office and sat down for a little, writing.
And indeed it rouse again. For a very unexpected traveler to find it in a cave with a creature called Golum that was twisted by the darkness of the ring. This traveler was no human or Elve though, but a hobbit, Bilbo baggins to be precise. He had managed to escape and return to the shire.
For many years he had Managed to keep it a secret till it was passed down to his grandson, Frodo baggins. Who soon had to go on a long and treacherous journey with his fellow hobbit friends.
I smiled and went to serve breakfast. When I went into the kitchen again, I saw Ek sitting at the table.
"Good morning," I greeted
"Morning,"she muttered tiredly
I smiled and served us both with eggs, ham, and toast. I sat across from her and started eating. After awhile of silence I asked the question that was on my mind.
"Why are you so quiet?"
"Nothing. Why ask?"
"I-i don't know. You just seemed more silent then usual."
At this she frowned and put her fort down. She took a deep breath and looked at me. I then knew she only had bad news to tell. Whenever she gets this sorten expression on her face, I don't know how to explain it, it's like I know something bad Is gonna come up.
"Frodo. There is some important news you have to know," she said nervously.
"What is it,"I replied back, feeling very uneasy by her tone.
"Frodo, Mara is.....
