I hung up the phone after talking with my dad for about an hour, telling him that I landed safely and got my schedule and apartment. I looked at myself in the mirror for a minute and then at the time. I had quite a while before I was supposed to meet up with Jason so I decided to pop into the shower and get the airplane mugginess off of me.

I took a brisk shower and did light make up which consisted of pressed powder, highlight, mascara and light pink lipgloss. I put on a pair of my trusty forever 21 black leggings and a white tube top with a thick red and thin black stripes down the side racecar style. I put on my oversized jeans jacket and my classic low-top white converse. By the time I was done getting ready it was almost time for me to make my way downstairs. I decided to take my hair out of the messy bun that it was in and let my dark brown and black hair cascade down my back.

I leave my room to no one in the apartment. 'I guess Jessie has somewhere to go too' I thought to myself as I grabbed my keys, phone, and wallet and headed out the door, locking it behind me.

I make my way to the elevator and then to the 5th floor. I look at the plaque on the wall to figure out which way the numbers were going and went in the direction where room 541 would be located. I finally make it to Jason's room and knock on the door. A tall skinny but muscular guy with blonde hair and brown eyes opened the door. He smiled slightly taking me in, then asking if I was looking for someone. I stated I was looking for Jason.

"Jason there's a girl at the door for you!!!! Already? Nice!!!" He yelled, louder than he needed to into the apartment.

Jason walked out of a room ruffing his hair up a little bit.

"It's not like that so calm down" he stated shaking his head and leaving the room, closing the door behind him.

"I'm sorry about him," Jason started once the door was fully closed and we were a decent distance away from it.

"It's all good," I chuckled as I looked up and saw his facial expression, full of embarrassed.

We exit the elevator and head into the lobby. Jason asked me if I was hungry which I replied a huge yes. He chuckled at my enthusiasm for food and said that we could go to a Café that is just off the campus. I nodded in agreement as we walked out of the door. Within approximately eight minutes of walking, we reached a café called Blue Sun. We walked in and it gave me an extreme beachy vibe. The walls were a bright pastel yellow with a white accent wall that had vibrant green palm leaves all over. The tables were either glass or a cherry wood color and each had bright neon seats. We sat down at a corner booth style table next to the window and we looked over the menu.

"There is so much good food here, it's hard to decide what I want," I stated flipping through the pages of the menu.

"I have an idea..." he started, a smirk creeping up on his face.

I look up, raising an eyebrow insisting he continue to pitch me he his wonderful idea. He suggested we each pick our own drinks but pick out a meal for the other person. He asked if I was allergic to anything and I told him that I had no allergies. He didn't have any either, so it made a fair game.

"Today you will be having chicken parmesan," I said feeling satisfied with my choice.

"And you will find out what you're having when the waiter comes over with our food," he said with a wink. Before I could say anything he got up and headed to the counter.

There was quite a long line for the counter so I decided to pass the time by scrolling through my phone. I looked at my phone and was surprised by what I saw.

I opened my messages to see they were all from my best friend back home, Jenasis.

Hey!! How's London?

There is a TON of cute guys there

Is there any on your campus?!!

etc.

I laughed mentally at her spam and responded by telling her about Jason and that he was pretty cute. I described what he looked like the best that I could. Light brown hair, hazel green eyes, exquisite jawline. On top of the physical features, I added that he was really kind and seemed really nice. I told her everything about the encounter we had in the elevator and how he was from Verona, earlier in the day. Just as she responded, being extra as hell, Jason came back to the table with drinks, catching me smiling and laughing silently at my phone.

"Boyfriend?" He asked putting my drink in front of his on the side of the table.

I looked up from my phone still smiling, shaking my head no and stating I was only talking to my best friend.

Jason puts the food and drinks on the table and sits down at the seat next to me.  I notice he got me a grilled ham and  cheese toastie which made my mouth water. 'He has good taste I see' I thought admiring the plate.

"So which part of Verona are you from?" He started taking a sip of his iced coffee.

"It's deep into the suburbs, it's hard to determine because there is no significant shops or spots for miles," I state sipping my lemonade.

We continue talking and eating for what seems a few hours. I learned that he lived in the City Conventional, a very tall apartment building that looked like it belonged in NYC, that was located in the middle of the city. I figured he was pretty wealthy to be living in such a location, his parents must be at least. I also learned that he plays guitar and he promised that he would play for me. I told him a few of my hobbies which included sketching and being a Disney enthusiast. He laughed and it put a smile on his face hearing me go off about Aladdin and how perfect the story was and what could be improved.

After we finished eating we decided to walk to the supermarket and a Boots which is a drugstore so I could get some small things.
