As the villagers of nytt håp set up camp on the side of the mountain where they hold their ceremonies and funerals. At the quartz cave garden where the water is pure and the fruit from the tree is delicious with rich flavours of peaches and apples as the tree is a spirit tree it grows multiple different fruits all year round.
The elders set up their tents in the cave where there's warmth from the winter air. Even though the air on the mountain was moderately warm. Even though it was winter, maybe the spirits and the ancestors keep the mountain in a warm temperature. The women set their tents near the river that goes around the tree. And the child play as the men set up a boundary for protection even though the demons can not step upon the sacred ground yet alone find the place because it's well protected by spirits.
"Papa would you like me to help you down in the village?" Cylus' asked his father while they gathered up the weapons they owned. "No Cylus'. You must stay here and help protect the women, children and elderly." Cylus' father replied as he packed his swords and bow in to his quiver. Then put at least fifty to sixty arrows in to it as well, he had a well stocked arsenal. "I'll make you proud papa!" Cylus' said as he grabbed his fathers spare bow and quiver and then filled it with the leftover arrows which was about forty arrows and then put in his very own short sword. "Now don't forget to practice everyday with your sword and bow as well as practice using a bow staff." Cylus' father said as he hugged his son as they say their final goodbyes before his father left for war. "I will papa." Cylus' replied as they let go of there hug. "Goodbye my love!" Cylus' mother said as she went in for a soft kiss. "You are my light and stars. Stay safe my beautiful wife!" Cylus' father said as he hugged his wife. "You are my rock and my world. Please come back to me my love!" Cylus' mother said as they let go of their hug. "I promise I will" Cylus' father said with a proud and confident look on his face. "I need to get going so we make it to the village before night." Cylus' father said as he picked up his gear and weapons and put them over his shoulder on to his back. "Goodbye my beautiful family. I will love you always and forever!" Cylus' father said as he opened the tent flap and walked out.
"Danr wait! You forgot your helmet!" Cylus' mother yelled as she ran out of the tent and called out for Cylus' father. "Thank you løra!" Danr replied as he took his helmet from his wife's head and gave her one last kiss. "Goodbye!" He said as he hopped onto his white horse and rode it down the mountain with all the other men who were going to war.
They made their way to the village. There they found nothing but ruins, ice walls and ashes which gave a twilight effect on the ruins. "Our home is destroyed!" One of the men said with a depressed voice. "Yes they are but you know what we can do with this?" The chief said as he climbed down from his grey stallion. "What?" The man asked as all the men climbed down off their houses. "We can rebuild from the ashes and we can restart!" The chief said with a firm voice trying to hold but any emotion he was feeling at the time. "Let's set up a perimeter around the centre of the village." The chief said as he drew into the ashes and dirt with his sword. "I want a man here. And here." The chief said as he drew two crosses over his drawing of a map in the snow. "And then I want archers in these eight different places." The chief said as he drew eight different circles. And the rest of men in th centre of the perimeter with me we are going to set a trap!" The chief said as he looked up at his men. "How?" Danr asked with a confused look on his face. "I brought a lamb with me in the cage in the back of the carriage." Replied the chief. "Ok and how are we going to kill them all." Another villager asked with the expression of fear in his voice. "Have no fear we will triumph here and go home to our wives and children!" One of The men said with a cheerful voice.
At night the men had set up the trap ready for the ice-bloods to come and fall for it. But they waited for hours. "How much longer. I'm so bored I'm going to fall asleep if we don't get any action!" One of the men said as he held up his sword. "I'm gonna try and strike fear in the lambs heart so it calls them to us!" One of the other men said as he looked at the lamb. "Roar!" The men shouted at the lamb. "Maaa!" The lamb said back as it just looked the man in the face as to imply the man was a dickhead. "Wow that worked." Danr said as he chuckled. "Shut up! How about you try!" The man said as he got angry. Danr being a farmer knew exactly how to scare a lamb, then used his sword and swung it at the lamb. "MAAAA!" The lamb screamed as the sword hit the cage. "Screw you!" The man said with a pissed off look on his face. "MAAAAA!" The lamb kept screaming as it could sense the cold air getting colder as the blizzard was coming. "Here they come! Ready yourself!" The chief yelled as he lifted his sword.
"Børknî çæłôp hûłłüp!" One of the demons screamed out from the distance. Then suddenly bright blue fire balls lurched at the men in the centre. "Shields up!" The chief yelled. Everyone then lifted their shields. "Čōrńçæ mînšø!" The demon screamed then the demons came changing at the men in the centre. Not knowing there were archers on roofs of the burned huts. Arrows then went flying through the trees hitting their targets. "Attack!" The chief yelled as the demons came charging at them. "Wœh mäkjårrkâ süñ!" One of the demons screamed as a giant bang happened which made the floor rumble. Then another bang happened and another, each time the floor would rumble. "What is that?" One of the men said as they were slicing through the ice-bloods. "Ahhh! What is that thing!" One of the men screamed as he noticed what caused the banging and rumbling. "Oh my thats huge!" Danr said as he saw the giant ice-blood which had some different features. It had black stripes on its face and giant red beaming eyes with two little black scars on each eye. With its giant claws it swung a massive fist at the archers on one of the huts which splattered them everywhere. "The ice-bloods have conjured their alpha into a mega demon. We're fucked now!" Danr said as he shoot another arrow at the demons coming from the tree line.
The giant alpha then swung its arm across the floor pushing the men aside. "I'm taking the shoot for the beast!" Danr said as he pulled back his bow and armed for the giants eye. He then fired the arrow when he locked on his target and the arrow hit the target causing the giant to scream and go wild, slamming its legs onto the ground making the ground shake the The last of the hut to concave in. "Ahhh!" Danr screamed as he fell through the roof and landed on a spike.Impaled and bleeding to death, Danr summoned his spirit animal, the jaguar to get a message to his family, telling them of his death then he asked if the spirit could protect his son until he is ready to fight. Then the jaguar ran out of the The fallen hut and ran into the spirit realm and there it ran until it got to the Phoenix and the mountain lion.
The jaguar appeared to Cylus and løra and informed them of their lost and up hold his last wishes before the spirit vanished into the spirit realm where it could watch over the boy from there with his fathers ancestral body.
Cheers for still staying turned in. This story is one of my favourite because it's about supernatural and paranormal themes.
