Luke knew he screwed up

And big time at that, but at the moment, his priority was to keep her away from that fucker who seemed to not be able to stay away from her and had no reference of personal space

Even if it means driving her crazy, or worse, causing her to leave

Once he saw the fearful expressions of his good for nothing Friends, he rolled his eyes and decided to act upon instinct, not being able to wrap his head around the reason of the fear radiating off of them

"She was just someone ordinary compared to them, so why did they look like they were about to shit their pants?" He thought scrunching his eyebrows in confusion

Standing in front of Marcelina's table with Julian reculantly following behind, mumbling of how stupid he is and how much of a bad idea this was, Marcelina scrunched her eyebrows in confusion, seemingly wary of his intentions while the rest of the table stayed silent, waiting for her to speak

"So she's the one who's on charge after all"he murmured silently

"Hell no. Who invited you here anyways?"she snarled and his lips twitched upwards

"I pay the school fees so I really don't need an invitation"he shrugged, pulling out a chair and sitting down, causing her to become absolutely livid

Her posture was tense and her features were hostile, and Luke could swear he saw a swirl of red in her eyes, leaving as fast as it came

The whole cafeteria has turned to look right now, certainly hoping for drama since what happened last week caused an ambush, and people were hoping for more to talk about

"Celine"scarlet stated warily, looking around and glaring at all the nosy lookers who avoided her gaze and turned back to what they were doing, and Adrien whispered something in Marcelina's ear, making her features take a full 180 degree turn

Luke raised an eyebrow at her sinister smirk, having a feeling that nothing good can come out of her change in demeanor, which made him quite wary

The table turned silent, except for the cautious glances thrown around, and the whole cafeteria tuned in on their conversation

"What the hell is everyone looking at? Mind your damn business people"mark yelled out loud, having enough of them, causing all eyes to turn away in fear

Not minding his outburst, Marcelina's chair scraped the floor, breaking off an intense stare down with scarlet who mirrored her actions

"Have fun while it lasts Luke"Marcelina smiled innocently, flicking her blonde hair over her shoulder and linking arms with scarlet, walking out the cafeteria doors with every pair of eyes stuck on their fading figures

"Good luck with that. If you thought it was hard before, you sure as hell made it impossible now"ace smiled smugly

"We'll see"Luke smirked happy that she was no where near that fucker anymore, although he knew that he just made things worse

Casting a glare at Adrien and scowling at everyone around, he hitched his bag over his shoulder, walking out gracefully, aware that everyone was quite confused of his motives but no one had the courage to ask

"Looks like your gonna be a challenge Marcelina"he murmured in amusement, fastening his pace and walking ahead, pausing when he heard yelling

He would've ignored it like he usually does, after all, every lousy teenager in this shithole is looking for an excuse for drama, and growing up he was taught not to eavesdrop, but a certain voice caught his attention, throwing all morals and rules out the window
