Sitting in the car, Micheal drove in silence, tapping his clenched fingers against the steering wheel, while Luke sat in uncomfortable silence, awaiting for what's to come

When he asked him to come with, he expected he wanted to talk about something work related, yet here they were, and Luke had a feeling this isn't going to end well

"Okay, since I'm done with the defeating silence and so are you, I'll cut to the chase. Are the rumors true?"Micheal asked in irritation and Luke smirked

"Not the right way to cut to the chase mike. That's still beating around the bush if you don't specify"he stated coyly and Micheal glared

"Fine then. Did you kiss my sister at a party two weeks ago? And proceeded to get closer to her after that?"Micheal asked in irritation, his tone going up a couple notches and Luke froze

"And if I did?"Luke asked with a raised eyebrow and Micheal cursed

"Fucking hell Luke. That's my sister we're talking about!"he punched the dashboard and Luke gave him an unimpressed face

"Your point?"he asked ignorantly, knowing exactly how this is going to go

Heck, his sister might be older than him but he beat up all the guys who got close to her behind her back, and when she found out, it's never a pretty sight

"What the hell do you mean your point? Her being my sister should be enough of a point to get across. Just because we're friends and allies for the time being doesn't mean that I prioritize you over her" Micheal seethed and Luke scoffed

"Look, If you think I'm going to be messing with her feelings or leading her on, you are purely mistaken. I get that you've been warning guys off of her for the past couple years, but I'm not playing around mike"Luke stated firmly and Micheal stated at him for a couple seconds before laughing humorously, leaving Luke wondering if he didn't just escape out of a mental hospital

Haven't been warning the guys off Celine, I've been warning them off Elena. She may be a sixteen year old sophomore but she's naive when it comes to a lot of things.

Marcelina on the other hand plays with guys and throws them away like some candy wrappers after she's had her fun. She's never let a guy touch her and she's never been in a relationship although she has all the guys falling at her feet. What I'm trying to say is I'm telling you to stay away from her because she might string you along and cause bad blood between both packs, and we don't need that happening.

adding to that, she's not exposed to our world and you being close to her for the time being might be a risk. So I'm fucking begging you Luke"he faced him while driving "leave my sister the hell alone"he pleaded and Luke chuckled

"Should've asked the moon goddess that mike"he clicked his tongue in mock pity and Micheal froze, almost bashing the car into a pole and Luke froze

'Shit that should not have gotten out like that'Luke cursed silently and watched how Micheal's stiff posture managed to park on the side of the road, staying silent the whole time

"Luke"he called, still starring ahead into nothing with his fists clenched tightly against the steering wheel

"Yes?"he asked hesitantly

He wasn't exactly afraid of him, but with the bomb he just dropped, he never knew what his next move is going to be

"Please tell me that I didn't hear that you just admitted to being my sister's mate and that I heard wrong"Micheal stated firmly, with an edge of desperation in his voice and Luke stayed silent

Cursing loudly, Micheal pulled at his hair strings

"Fucking shit. Actually I'm going to need a stronger word than that"Micheal chuckled humorously and Luke eyed him warily

"I fucking knew it! The way she didn't push you away even after the countless fights you guys had. She didn't even try sending you into social suicide or even get your life on the line! She saved your ass for gods sake! She never helps someone she hates unless she cares about them, or never done her wrong, and it was blatantly obvious that she does"micheal seethed and just as he managed to get ahold of himself, his phone rang

Picking up his phone, he sighed in despair

"Speak of the devil"he muttered before answering the phone call and putting it on speaker, while maneuvering his way into the Main Street while Luke sat in silence

"Lemme guess. I forgot my wallet so I had to go back and get it, or no wait, my pants got stained so I had to go back and change! What's your excuse this time mind you?!"Celine's voice rang through the speaker and Micheal groaned, causing Luke to chuckle

"Hello to you too sis"Micheal rolled his eyes in amusement

"And why the hell am I on goddamn speaker. Last I checked I'm not a source of entertainment for you and your friends unless you want me to say something for them to really laugh about"she stated smugly and Micheal gulped, burning holes into the phone as if it was her

"Be a dear and fuck off Celine. I'll be there in five and Luke's coming with me"Micheal stated in annoyance while Luke gave him a confused stare

Why would he get him along?

"Hi Luke. I'm guessing it's you on speaker since Micheal is getting you to tag along?"Marcelina spoke in amusement and Luke chuckled while Micheal watched the ordeal with silence

"Yeah, although I had no idea of his plans until now, I'm not complaining"he stating, directing a smirk at Micheal and he could tell Marcelina was rolling her eyes

"Well you both better get your asses here right now or there will be no plan at all"she warned and Micheal gasped

"So you're fine with me bringing him along? How come you never let me get Hannah then?"he asked incredulously and he heard a sigh on the other line

"Three things. First, because it's the only thing we do as a family when mom and dad are not around. Two, you're with Hannah the whole goddamn time so you'll survive for the time being"she chuckled and Micheal rolled his eyes

"I swear you have commitment issues. You never let the girl breath, and three, brunch is for eating actual food, and not sucking her tongue like a crazed dog in heat"she stated and Micheal coughed violently while Luke laughed hysterically

"I mean I love the girl to death but next thing I know you'd be eating her out from under the table and I'd rather not have images in my head thank you very much"she scoffed, and Micheal groaned in annoyance while Luke continued laughing

"Get lost Celine"Micheal snapped, his tone playful

"Yeah yeah whatever. You have five minutes or I'm keying your car"
