14 | New kids

"Good morning guys! I'm Melody and I'll be showing you new kids around"the girl smiled brightly, way too brightly for their taste but nothing unusual for his hippy cousin

"Hi. I'm Clyde"he smiled matching her grin "if you'll excuse me, I suggest you ignore these grouchy lovebirds over here"he pointed towards the girl and boy, with their arms wrapped around each other, both indeed, sporting unamused expressions.

It was school after all, who would be?

"So lets get this over with yes?"she mused walking ahead while the rest followed her

"So these are the junior lockers. I believe you guys have found yours earlier?"she asked and the lot nodded

"Classes are all here except for the labs. That would be on the third floor. Nurse's office is downstairs"she stated, walking down the stairs and pointing to the room near the entrance door

Since the bell didn't ring yet and everyone was outside, it was way easier for her to navigate around the school unbothered

"There are lower class men homerooms and classes"she pointed towards the corridors, walking out a glass door towards the sports courts

"These are the football, tennis, volleyball, and softball courts. Basketball courts and swimming pools are indoors, and the school has their own stadium but no one is aloud to go there unless with permission"she stated, turning around and smiling, while the rest looked around, impressed

"It's bigger than our old school"Clyde stated grinning and Ryder pulled him back by his collar

"You aren't going to jump around on the field. Let's get this over with and you'll do what you want later"he stated firmly and Clyde pouted but kept his mouth shut

Showing them around the cafeteria and the rest of the school, they went towards the entrance to where the people were crowded in groups near their cars and so on yet they stayed far away since Melody knew that the second the cheerleaders saw her, they'd crowd her, and the rest would rather go unnoticed for now since they know they'll be facing somebody's wrath soon, all the while he was watching Melody closely

She didn't seem the least intimidated, and if she did, she didn't show it, which had him confused

"Now these are the usual school crowds, nothing special" she shrugged gesturing towards people talking and chattering between themselves

"Could you maybe point out who is who?"Clyde grinned and Melody smiled

"These over there"she pointed towards a group of guys dressed in letterman jackets "are the jocks"

"These are the cheerleaders"she pointed towards another group wearing the normal school clothes, but with pompoms in hands
"They'd love to wear the cheerleading uniform, but unlucky for them, they aren't allowed to unless it's practice"she shrugged and Clyde smiled wickedly, giving Ryder a look to which he frowned at

"So the team aren't leeches that throw themselves at guys?"he asked innocently and Melody chuckled

"Clyde. This isn't the movies hun, and I tolerate zero bullshit when it comes to that, otherwise most girls would just be on the team to hook up with guys and get attention"Melody smiled

"So I'm assuming you're the captain?"the girl, Melody didn't yet know her name ask

Staring at her with a shocked expression for quickly connecting the dots, she nodded "I was caught for something and it was either show the new kids around or it'd go on my record"she shrugged smiling lightly

"So back to that, the group crowding the grey car over there are Tiffany and her cronies. They might not be cheerleaders but they're total bitches, so sadly, the cliche has to keep going"Melody sighed as they saw a girl with long bleach locks and a fake tan straddle a handsome looking guy and Melody rolled her eyes

"That one locking lips with Tiffany is ace. Full time player and doesn't know how to keep it in his pants, and part of the GC"

"GC?"Clyde furrowed his eyebrows in confusion

"Golden clique"she stated "and the rest is your geeks, emo's, most likely to win everything group and...

Just then, all chatter died down and whispers took place. A gorgeous group of model like creatures walked out towards the front and Melody sighed in annoyance

"They can never show up to school without all the attention being on them. The pupils here are pathetic really"Melody rolled her eyes, although her eyes held a certain warmth in them

Marcelina, scarlet, Adrien, Carson, Matt, Sarah, and Julian, were all huddled up in a group, talking amongst each other, when Luke came from behind her and wrapped an arm around her waist, startling her, and she pushed him away, laughing

"Well that's new"the guy murmured and Melody shook her head in disbelief. She knew that the intimacy they just shared would be the next rumor going  around the school, and whatever she heard happen at the party would most likely be true, when he watched Marcelina closely. She's never get close to a guy  out of the group willingly, and would never leave the a guy unscathed if he touched her so he must have been something to her

*They kissed I can assure you that* the girl stated and he furrowed his eyebrows in confusion

"And who's that?"the girl asked, although knowing fully well who she is, she wanted to know what the people here thought of her

"That is Marcelina, the queen bee, basketball captain and prodigy"Melody chuckled and the guy raised an eyebrow, catching Clyde by his collar before he ran after a flying butterfly

"I thought there already is one?"he mused

"Oh no. Tiffany is queen bitch. Or at least she thinks she is. But Marcelina is the sweetest person you'd ever meet, but get on her bad side and she'll be your worst nightmare"she stated and he scoffed, rolling his eyes at her definition of Marcelina

'Queen bitch seems more fitting for her' he thought and the girl elbowed him, reading his thoughts and he smirked

"The one next to her is scarlet. Co- captain of the both the basketball and cheerleading team and Marcelina's devil twin"

"That group"he pointed towards them "they're the GC right?" He asked and she nodded

They're not complete though. There are a couple others but I'm guessing they're not here yet"

"And you're a part of them?"Ryder asked but was cut off by a voice

"I see you're showing around the new kids. Must suck Mels"the voice mused and Melody rolled her eyes

"Well you got me Starbucks so it shouldn't be so bad"Melody grinned, taking the iced mocha from Marcelina's hands and kissed her cheek while Marcelina rolled her eyes, but froze when she saw who the new kids are

"For the ever loving fuck! What the hell are you guys doing here?"she pointed towards Ryder, Victoria and Clyde with a frazzled expression, clearly caught off guard

"Uh..surprise?"Clyde grinned cheekily
