Archie stares at me as I take a bite from the take-out he ordered for dinner. I pull the chopsticks out of my mouth, dragging my tongue along my bottom lip. Archie continued to stare causing me to grow anxious. Did he find out about Germany? Did he find out about the electrokinesis? All these questions wondered through my mind as I poked my food with the chopsticks."So who's Peter?" He asked, crossing his arms over each other onto the dinning table. Is that what these stares are about?
I take another bite from my food, staring back at Archie. "A friend from school." I answer, scared of what else he was going to ask.
"Boyfriend?"
I roll my eyes, placing down my chopsticks. "I'll repeat myself." I state, crossing my arms over my chest. "A friend from school."
Archie glared at me before uncrossing his arms, taking a bite of his larb. "Promise?"
I nod my head, leaning against the table. "You wouldn't lie to me right?" He asked, taking me by surprise. My eyes widen as I look up at him. I could feel my heart begin to race as I nod my head.
"Y-Yep." I stuttered, hoping he'd believe me. Archie longingly stared at me, causing me to grow uneasy.
"Fine." He finally answered. I let out a breath, letting all the worry and fear escape from my body. We continue to eat, talking about my new internship for Tony Stark. The smile that appeared on his face after I told him how satisfied Tony was with my work made my heart warm. I haven't seen him smile like this since before our parents died. I thought back to Germany when I was with Tony, Clint, and Wanda. Clint mentioned something about "another HYDRA witch" and I wanted to know what he meant by that. My phone buzzed in my back pocket, grabbing my attention. I fished for it and pulled it out. It was a text

and everything. - TonyA small smile appears as I put my phone back into my pocket. Archie must've noticed my smile because once I looked up at him he had been staring at me with a smirk. I furrow my eyebrows together, poking at my food with the chopsticks.
"Is that Peter?" Archie asked, resting his head on the back of his hands as he bats his eyelashes. I pick up a vegetable from my food and throw it at him, hitting him in the forehead.
"Maybe." I lie. I didn't want to tell Archie about the new powers. If he knew, I'd be on lock down for the rest of my life. Archie chuckled, taking another bite from his food. We continued to eat, sharing funny stories that have happened to us the last couple of days. I longingly stared at Archie as he chuckled, telling me a story that happened at work today. I was wanting to ask him about HYDRA dearly, but I didn't want to ruin the time we were having. Archie noticed me staring at him and furrowed his eyebrows.
"Why are you staring at me creep?" He asked, giving me a disgusted look. I roll my eyes placing my chopsticks on my napkin.
"Shut up." I scoff. "I was just thinking of something."
"Well whatever it is, tell me later." He explains, continuing to eat his food. "Because we're trying to have a nice family dinner."
