Welcome Back Chapter 2

(Y/N):"I guess so it was so fun while it lasted"

(L):"Nfufu~ I'm sure we could recreate some of the memories from this trip if you really miss it that much"

With that comment I felt my face go red but I couldn't help but smile then Laito grabbed my chin and kissed my lips as sad as it is to go I'm excited to see everyone again, but my only fear is will I still have my old job? Or will things be changed now that Yui is back?

=====AFTER THE FLIGHT BACK=====

As we were in the taxi back Laito was resting leaving me to my thoughts but what I thought of was just maybe possible? Seeing the forest again and thinking of those men I let my mind wander to places I should have and asked myself things that I chose not to think of after I felt "safe" in the manor.

Lost in my own world I didn't even notice Laito was awake and seemed on edge or angry? It was hard to tell but I knew something was wrong.

(Y/N):"Look who's awake, you okay?"

(L):"Mhm kitty~? Oh yes I couldn't be better my little love cat"

(Y/N):"Love cat? That's a new one"

(L):"Or maybe you don't remember when we were enjoying ourselves~"

Now I know he was trying to change the subject but his body language and the way he was in a completely different place said otherwise but I wasn't going to bug him about it because I do that to him so I just left him be.

=====At the Manor=====

As we pulled in I could already see Yui standing outside waiting for me I mean us to get out but then I noticed she had the same concerned look on her face as Laito, what is going on that I don't know about?

(Y/N):"Hey there stranger!"

(Yui):"Y/N! I'm so happy you're back"

She hugged me tightly which is just what I needed

(L):"Ouch little B**** no love for me~"

(Yui):"After that comment no"

(L):"Oh Nfufu little B**** don't forget your place here and what Ayato will do to you if you get into too much trouble~"

(A):"What will I do to pancake?"

(Yui):"Really? With the old nicknames again"

(L):"Are we going to have a problem little B****? Ayato you might have to punish her and put her in her place~"

With that comment I slapped Laito's arm but him and Ayato continued laughing and making Yui annoyed and flustered

(A):"Don't have to tell me twice I'm always in the mood for a game"

Ayato's face changed after that comment into something more serious

(A):"Laito on another note Reiji wants to see you in his office it's important"

Laito then nodded his head and followed Ayato into the manor leaving Yui and I outside

(Y/N):"Is everything okay Yui? This seems kind of serious"

(Yui):"Hm? Oh yeah everything is alright just some family matter's that's all"

(Y/N):"If you say so Yui"

Yui and I decided to head inside and drop the bags of in my old room man it feels almost nice being back but I'm sure it won't last long because I have a strange feeling that everything isn't as it seems.

(Yui):"There you go back to the way it was"

(Y/N):"Yeah thank you for the help it means a lot"

(Yui):"Hey it's no problem I missed you it's the least I could do for now"

(Y/N):"Thank you again, so what should we do now?"

(Yui):"I'm actually tired I've been doing our job again since you were gone and I'm tired, would it be ok if I went and rested for a little but?"

(Y/N):"Hey of course take your time I think I'm gonna stay here and unpack and maybe just unwind and see everyone again"

(Yui):"Ok thank you see you later"

(Y/N):"See ya"

As Yui left I felt like I was so out of place in the manor like when I first arrived everything seems so still and secretive now, I will find out what's going on I just hope things aren't as bad as I really think they are.

(L):"Kitty we need to talk"

(Y/N):"What's going on?"

(L):"Sit down and I'll explain"

(Y/N):"Laito you're making me nervous"

(L):"Not yet kitty~"

(Y/N):"Laito I'm serious"

(L):"So am I kitty~"

(R):"Just tell her and quit avoiding the matter at hand"

(L):"Fine Y/N –"
