In under thirty minutes we were there, him dropping me to the cold ground when we landed.
I painfully stood to my feet, floating above ground and having Loki set himself around my shoulders.
I turned to glare at Jack, my fresh, white teeth bared in anger and frustration.
"Alright, I'm here, now who else is here and what the fuck do you want?!"
He turned sharply on his heel and backhanded me, my head snapping to the right from the contact.
I wasn't surprised, but I was definitely angry. I turned and growled, my eyes turning orange and hands omitting with a blue fire.
Jack looked at my hands in shock, shooting a wave of blue frost at me.
I rose into the sky and out of the way, counteracting with the newfound flame in my hands.
I overpowered him quickly, my power reaching his end and shooting him far off into the cold, snowy abyss.
I turned to leave, but a slender, cold hand rested itself onto my shoulder.
I growled and swung while turning, my flame bitten hands making contact with the side of a slender face.
I turned just in time to see Pitch being sent in the same direction as Jack. I snickered slightly and warped up my staff, flying over to them slowly.
Pitch groaned and stood, Jack doing the same.
Jack frowned and got into a stance to pounce, but Pitch placed a hand in front of him to warn him not to.
Pitch stepped forward while I backed away, gripping tightly onto my staff."Where are the others?!" I demanded, pointing my staff to his chest.
He chuckled and took a step towards me, pushing the staff out of his way.
I growled and rose it again, ready to hit him.
"Would you stop growling! You're not a dog, stop acting like one." He sighed deeply, snapping his fingers and making my staff disappear into black sand.
I glared and my hands twitched, a red flame in both of my palms.
As Pitch continued to step forward I threw one at his foot, and then another to his outstretched hand.
He yelped from the contact and jumped away from me, sneering.
"Listen here dammit! I'm getting nowhere with being here, so tell me if this is real or not?!" I yelled and my staff appeared in my hands again, my arms and it rising in flames.
Pitch looked shocked, maybe worried. My focus shifted to Jack and he just stood and stared, acting as if the fire wasn't two feet away from him.
I glared at him and stalked closer, and if I looked close enough there was a slight shimmer to his body, glitching in and out.
My brows furrowed in confusion as he held his blank face, and when I went to stab him Pitch yelled in anger, realizing his mistake.
I chuckled and waved my staff through the illusion, seeing it fall apart and go away.
"If you're going to make an illusion, it's a good idea to make sure you stay on the right mind set." I turned and glared, a small smirk on my face.
He sneered and stood straighter, a sour look on his face.
"Oh, so since you seemed to have made me a fool of myself you have just everything figured out don't you?" He emphasized his words, stalking closer to me.
"You have no idea what I have in store, so if you don't stop running around like this is your fairy tale land than I suggest you stop. You're still under my influence and spell, you're still in my lair. I'm fake, this is all fake. What are you going to do now?" He smiled, proud of ranting off about his actions.I stopped, looking around at my area. He was right, the snow wasn't as damp as is should be, and the air didn't smell like the ocean, it smelled like a forest. Which we were nowhere near any.
I turned and looked at Pitch, dropping my staff to the ground.
"What do you want? For me to lose my sanity in the rush of confusion? For me to kill someone I hold dear to me? Are you changing my memories to get to me? Is there something I have that you need, or is this all just some kind of sick game to you?" I was quiet, the wind had died down and everything was calm.
He merely smiled and shook his head, walking towards me as I sunk to my knees in the choppy snow.
He bent down to grab my chin, forcing me to look up into his disgusting golden eyes.
"It's all an illusion. All I want from you is to be mine, and I need somewhere for you to stay while I finish my work. I've made you a world that you can use to your advantage, but you're so restless that you're giving yourself problems to deal with, making false danger just to feel like there's something out there. You're alone in here, it's just me and you." He spoke as quietly as me, soon the both of us sitting crossed legged while staring intently at each other.
"Keeping me in here isn't going to help you get to me. You want something from me, what is it?" I pursued my lips I'm thought, looking down at the ground that felt like sand yet looked like snow.
He chuckled once more, gripping my chin to look up at him again.
"What is it that you-"
I wasn't able to finish my question, my speaking cut off from a pair of lips suddenly placing themselves in mine.
I hesitated to move away, but Pitch's hand wrapped itself around the back of my neck and help me in place, nipping and licking at my bottom lip for a response.
I slowly shut my eyes and pressed myself against him, granting him access to my body and mind. My hand found itself tangled in his hair, and his in mine, the other hand occupied with holding my waist in place, pulling me even closer if it was granted possible.
When the urge to breath washed over me I ignored it, but than the stinging of my lungs came by and I pushed myself away, panting while a blush encased my cheeks and neck.
Pitch looked down at me and smiled, he wasn't affected by it, and breathed normally.
"That's part of what I want from you, soon I hope you can piece the puzzles together and find out the rest for yourself." He frowned, stood up and left suddenly. And I was left alone, in a false imagination.
