Firsts and Seconds

Eugene's P.O.V.

I sighed and threw my bag on my sofa before plopping down myself. It was a long day. I had the most schedules on Mondays...

*ding dong*

"Ugh... Who could it be?" I groaned before opening the door.

"What?"

"The fuck? Why are you talking to me like that? You know I'm older than you right? "

"Sorry... I just had a long day."

"Yeah, I can see that."

"Why the hell are you knocking at my door at this time? "

"Why can't I? You should appreciate it. I just woke up from my beauty sleep."

"Seriously Yoongi, what are you doing here?"

"Okay fine. I'm here because I was wondering why you're back at 7. You are supposed to be done with work at 5 not 7."

"Is the Min Yoongi actually caring for me?"

"Shut up. Just answer me."

"Tough first day okay? I didn't expect this big of a work load. Especially on my first day."

"Don't ever underestimate work Eugene. Even on your first day. Go shower and sleep. I'll be going now. Bye!" Yoongi said slamming the door at my face.

Tch, that grandpa.

The next day...

Ainsley's P.O.V.

I woke from the sound of my alarm. I turned it off, happy that it woke me up at the right time, unlike yesterday.

I took my towel and went to my bathroom to shower. I relaxed when the warm water came onto contact with my skin. I closed my eyes and started to think about my second day in school.

When I finished my warm shower, I took my towel and dried myself. I wore my clothes and got out of the bathroom.

I went down to the kitchen and took my breakfast. My mom probably already left for her job.

Scrambled eggs...  At least they're different from yesterday.

I finished my breakfast and went upstairs to take my bag.

I wore my shoes and went out the door. I locked the door and placed my keys in my bag.

I took the same route as yesterday to the bus stop. The 250 meters quickly went by. Right after I reached the stop, I could see a purple bus from afar.

The incoming bus quickly went into a full stop and the door opened. I went inside and tapped my bus card on the machine.

The bus ride went by quickly. I stepped down from the bus and walked towards the school. I still can't  believe that this is my school.

I went in the large glass doors, took a right turn and went to the locker area.  I took out my schedule and grabbed the books I needed.

I can't wait for math!

I took my books and headed to the classroom. Some students including Colette are already there.

"Hey Ainsley! What's up?" Colette asked, skipping over to my desk.

"Oh, nothing much really. I really can't wait for math though! The new topic is very interesting."

"Oh... Oh... Are you sure that math is the only thing you are interested in? How about the teacher?" Colette said, wriggling her eyebrows.

"Oh shut up"

"Ooh someone fancies a teacher..."

"Colette!"

"Okay fine, I'll shut up."

"The teacher's here!" I said, half - whispering and pushing Colette back to her spot behind me.

The lesson started, and I didn't really pay much attention because I've learnt it before. I tapped my pen impatiently for the lesson to end. And,  I unconsciously started to daydream about a certain person.

"Ms. Blythe? Can you please come forward and answer this question?" My biology teacher asked.

Startled, I took a glance of the question and walked towards the board.

Oh! I know this question! This is similar to the one in my old book!

I quickly thought of the answer and wrote it down. It was a long answer but, what can I do? I don't have time to simplify it.

"Well done Ms. Blythe, you answered it correctly and its very detailed." My teacher said, shocked because I got it right even when I was daydreaming in her lesson.

I gave her a smile before walking to my desk. I turned around a saw my classmates trying to figure out my answer. I was shocked they didn't know.

"Wow, I don't understand anything you just wrote." A whispering Colette said to my ear.

"I learnt it from my old book. Don't you know?"

"Nope." Colette said, shaking her head.

*ding dong*

"It's time! Let's go!" I said to Colette.

We went to the Cafeteria and sat on the same table we sat yesterday. And like yesterday, Tyler came and sat right infront of me.

"Hello!"

"Hi Tyler" Colette said.

I just waved since my mouth was full of beef teriyaki.

Why does he like coming here? Like what's so special here?
