Chapter 23

I rode in the back with Bryan this time. When we got back to school, Bryan took me back to my cabin.

"Actually, can we go to the library first?"

"Why?"

"I need to look something up." He said ok and walked with me to the library. I went inside and went to the "Mate" section. I needed to know if Justin would somehow try to break my bond with Justin. I grabbed a few books and started reading. I learned that before you and your mate "mate" your bid can be broken. You have a mate in every creature. So that would mean I have a mate that's a vampire, werewolf, and other creatures too. Ew. Which ever mate you find first, is the one you will be with for the rest of your life. That is of the bond isn't broken. A bond can be broken my mating with your mate in another creature. So this means that if I "mate" with Justin before I do with Bryan, he'll become my mate. That can't happen. I'm so in love with Bryan. Justin must know this. I checked out some of the books and slipped a book about Shape-shifters as well in the pile. I payed my fee and went back to the cabin. I was up almost all night reading. Which I shouldn't have because I have class tomorrow. Mrs. Hera, a goddess, doesn't allow tardiness. If we are tardy, we have to talk about the beginning of the world until present day, starting with the birth of the Titans. Eventually, I fell asleep.
