Chapter 29

After first period, I met up with Bella in Mr. Bernard's class. All five of his heads were watching the door, counting his students. Mr. Bernard is a hydra. A hydra is a Greek monster with five heads and if you cut a head off, two more grow back. I took my seat next to Bella and a female werewolf named Bethany. She looked at me and growled. What's wrong with her? Oh right, she is in love with Bryan. Well she needs to get over it.

"Hello class." Me. Bernard's nicest head said. All of his heads had different emotions. He had a nice head, a grumpy head, a gossip head, a sad head, and a rude head. "Today is training, we will learn how to defeat a monster. Some of my siblings will help." A couple other hydras walked in the door. "Here are the rules. One. You will not actually hurt them. Two. They will not hurt you. And three. The "weapons" are not actually real. " he passed out a couple of fake swords and knives.

After species training, it was my free hour. It was Helen's too so we met up. She wiped the blood off her cheek.

"Sorry. I had a snack."

"It's ok. Really."

"I want to throw a party Friday night."

"Why?"

"I feel like it."

"Ok."

"And I want you to help."

"I'd love too. "

"That night will hopefully be the night Nick and I will finally mate."

"Nick?"

"My mate. He's a werewolf."

"And you want to mate so soon?"

"Well yeah. I read one of those books that you got from the library and I don't want another mate. I love him. You should mate with Bryan." My eyes widened and I blushed.

"Helen! I love Bryan. But I'm still a virgin!"

"Still. He obviously is loosing control. He's gonna attack you one day."

"Helen!"
