Rose's P.O.V

*knock knock*

the subtle sound of knuckles softly tapping against my door was enough to awake me from the disturbed nights sleep I was having. I rubbed my tired eyes and squinted as the light on my phone blinded me when I checked the time: 02:45.

"what the fuck do they want?!"

I thought to myself as I dragged my body, that was still half asleep, to the door and carefully opened it.

"Alex?" I questioned "what's going on?"

Stood before me was a restless looking Alex, wearing nothing but a flattering pair of Calvin Kleins.

"I can't sleep" he began.. "can I.. um, can I stay with you tonight?" he continued timidly with a husky, sleepy voice. He ran his fingers through his bed hair which flopped back over his forehead due to the lack of gel which would usually be used.

"urr...sure, yeah - sure!" I whispered, ensuring not to wake the others who were sound asleep, only meters away.

I opened the door wider and invited him in, his cologne followed his stride into my room and filled my nose pleasantly. I slid back in between the warmth of my bed covers and Alex followed accordingly. despite the fact my bed was only made for one, we fit comfortably. it was the first time in a while that I found myself in this sort of situation; with someone I liked and not just for sex.

"thankyou" he buried his face into my hair and whispered, this was a new alex... and rather embarrassingly to admit; I liked it. He snaked his arm over my waist and incased me in his body, his other hand cradling my head and his fingers twisting with my hair, playfully. I could feel myself slowly drifting off to sleep, utterly satisfied...

I'm really sorry about this, I'm still in a bad place and it's hard to find the motivation to update aha!

also, I'm having trouble thinking of things to write about but I'm sure I'll get my creativity back in good time..
