*flashback*
I want to die. I hate my life here. My hair hungs loose and I'm in a white pyjama dress. I climb over the balcony of my mother's big house ready to jump off.
"Donna!" Rosie and Tanya screamed running in actually noticing me falling. I close my eyes with a smile on my lips. In order to hit the ground these strong arms caught me.
"Sam?" I touch his face that gave me a sweet smile when he caught me. "You caught me."
"Do you want to go to a island called Kalokairi?" He asked me with a smile. This is a way to escape. This is a way to escape from my parents.
*end of flashback*
I'm falling. With a smile on my lips to the arms of my lover. I smile because I'm alive and in love. Back then I smiled because I was about to die and I was filled with hatred. Now it's the exact opposite.
"Something's haven't changed, have they?" Sam smiled holding me in his arms.
"Come on." Sophie grabbed his arm and lead us away. Sam is still carrying me since we didn't had much time. Once we came around the dark corner, Sam put me down and I looked at Sophie that was looking around nervously.
"How did you know?" I asked Sophie. Out of breath she took a piece of paper out and open it. There stood the same that my note said.
"I wrote it." She replied. "When I heard Tanya and Rosie, I had to do something. So, I arranged with Sky to meet us on the beach. He made us something special."
I nod my head up and down and pull her into a tight hug. Oh, my baby girl. Braver than her own mother.
The three of us walk down the beach just talking not at the spot we're suppose to be yet.
"So, we need a plan for tomorrow." Sophie said putting her hand in mine. "The wedding will be going on but, I need you two to act as if there's nothing odd going on. If you want to be together, make it official tomorrow."
I give her a kiss on the cheek letting her hand go. She run up to Sky jumping into his arms and wrapping her legs around his waist. I know he'll make her happy. I gave a smile same as Sam that placed his hand in mine. Sky placed two mattresses next to each other with blankets and pillows. There's a little fire and a coolbag.
The four of us got comfortable around the fire with marshmallows and sharing blankets. On my side I'm sitting in Sam's arms cuddling. Infront of us is Sophie and Sky teasing each other, cuddling and tickling one another.
"You are amazingly beautiful." Sam whispered getting my attention.
"So are you handsome tiger." I replied placing my lips on his. His arm pull me closer to him and his other hand is placed on my leg.
"Let's take a walk." Sam whispered to me and stood up helping me up.
"Where are you going?" Sophie asked getting our attention.
"I need to talk to your mother about something." Sam replied placing his hand secretly on my butt. "It's about tomorrow."
"Alright. Just don't wipe out the island." Sophie winked at me and look back at Sky that gave her a kiss on the head.
With my arm around Sam and his arm around my shoulder we walk along the sand inviting the quiet and the cold.
"Donna, I know I haven't asked you before. I need an honest answer. Am I Sophie's dad?" I heard him ask. I stop and look up at him same as he.
"I did tell you Sam. I even overspoke my mouth in the old goat house." I replied and turn to the sea feeling his arms around my middle where he place his hands on my stomach.
"I'm sorry Donna. I just...I just wanted to know. I didn't mean to upset you." He whispered and place a kiss on my shoulder. "What do you say we slip away tomorrow. Just you and me honey."
"Sounds perfect." I whispered and give him a kiss. "But I can't. Sophie is getting married tomorrow Sam. I need to get the wedding on the go. Clean up the mess and set up the table."
"I'll steal you somewhere." He chuckled putting his face in my neck to tickle me.
"Sam Carmichael you're dead." I giggled turning to him grabbing him by the shirt.
"I like danger." He laughed placing his hands on my waists. I put my arms around his neck playing my hands in his haid just staring at him.
"I never knew you'd come back. I thought I did okay without you and I promise you if you didn't return my life would still have been the same. But now you're here and I want you to know that if you leave me, you should know what you'll leave behind."
"I'm not going anywhere honey." He place his lips on mine pulling me into his embrace. "But if I stay, I'll need to go back to sell my property and everything but I will return."
"Then we'll have to leave this untill it's proofed." I push myself away and start walking away looking back at him teasingly.
"Sheridan, you're playing with fire." He laughed approaching me slowly. I walk backwards around tbe rocks where we won't be seen from Sophie's angle.
"That's hot." I giggled and put my back against the rocks looking a him that came my way. "I love the heat baby."
"I love you." He reacted walking towards me. He stop infront of me taking my hands in his. "You're a true Goddess Sheridan."
"And you sure are the only one for me Carmichael." I replied back in a whisper. He put his hands on my waist and take a step closer to me till he stood against me. His hands run over to my stomach and his lips rest slowly on mine keeping still right there. Right there he picked me up and nail me against the rock kissing me on and on and on.
"Sam." I cannot take this further. I have to stop him. He move to my neck kissing down to my chest. "We can't do this. If we go too far...not her, not yet."
"Anything you want." He replied and look at me. I place my head on his and my hands on his face.
"I really want to do this but it's been a long time since I've been with anyone. Please understand." I whispered with a shiver in my voice.
"I understand. Take all your time babe." He whispered giving me another kiss. Hand in hand we both headed back. I know it's confusing that a few hours before I wanted to give myself to him in the old goat house and now all of a sudden I'm not ready. Nobody would understand that. Me neither. But Sam will.
